We're sorry about the delay with the entry code and the extreme heat upon arrival. This is not the standard we set for our property. We have addressed the issue with the registers and the response time from our property manager to prevent this from happening again. The situation with the fire alarm and the outdated smoke detectors is unacceptable. We have since replaced all smoke detectors to ensure they are up to date and functioning properly. We regret the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning TVs, the lack of Wi-Fi, and the overall cleanliness of the property. We are working with our maintenance and cleaning teams to address these issues immediately. The presence of leftover items and the condition of the blinds, curtains, linens, and furniture are not up to our usual standards. We have already taken steps to ensure thorough cleaning and proper inspection before every guest's arrival. We are committed to making significant improvements based on your feedback and ensuring that future guests do not experience these issues. Your experience was far from what we aim to provide, and for that, we are truly sorry. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
