Beautiful Ocean-walk condo walking distance to Coligny Beach and Village (Shopping and Restaurants!). This amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps up to 8 guests with: master king, two queen secondary and and queen pull out couch.

Recently updated condo with custom build kitchen, walk in tile shower, new fixtures and furniture. This is one of the nicest rentals on the market in the Coligny area. Very spacious condo approx 1200 sq ft, the layout offers plenty of privacy for a multiple family vacation.

Condo a has a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. and features in-unit washer and dryer. Unit has been recently updated with all new furnishings and professionally decorated

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: pack -n-play, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, 2 community pools, indoor pool & hot tub, stocked kitchen and two balcony's.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit..

Amenities are plenty with free wifi and 3 large flat screen TVs. The complex features both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a hot tub.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful place and great accomodations for a large group... only downside was the fold out couch in the middle room left no room to walk by when in use so it blocked access to and from the back bedroom... so we could not use it folded out. Place was clean and great location. Would definately rent again.

So disappointed

I was so excited and the pictures were beautiful!! But the pictures were deceiving!!! Mattresses uncomfortable, door came out of the wall, no hair dryer, walls dirty, sheet rock not sanded from where fixtures have been pulled out off wall, rusted curtain rods, I could go on. I’ve never left a bad review before… we just felt very deceived. Has great potential!!

Great value and location

This location was great. Close to the beach and there's an indoor and outdoor pool. I'd recommend using the hose at the outdoor pool to get the sand off you before you get back to the room. I expect places close to the beach to have foul tasting tap water but this building had really clean tasting water.

Spring Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our experience. The property has been nicely renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool, it was a great benefit and why we chose this condo over others. A couple things. All of the pillows on the bed need to be replaced. In order to enjoy the guest room balcony furniture would need to be provided. The master shower could have used a deep cleaning. The last 3 days of our stay the unit below us appeared to be smoking marijuana both day and night to the point that it could be smelled in the condo.

Within walking distance, you'll find dozens of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining to take out to ice cream. Additionally, the famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner.

Enjoy plenty of golf, which Hilton Head and the Low Country boasts plenty of of!! Th Hilton Head offers fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports and tours, mini golf and live entertainment. The local activities are endless! Not to mention, Celebration Park recently opened and includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public
events. It's a great place for parents to relax while kids of all ages enjoy all the park has to offer.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
