We travel with 2 adult dogs. The fenced yard was perfect!! When I needed to reach out about changing the thermostat, host replied quickly and even sent me a video. Place worked perfectly for our son’sfishing tournament and the helpful suggestions of the zoo and dining experience was fabulous!

Property was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It was everything we needed and our dog loved the backyard. The host promptly responded to all questions. The check in process couldn't have been easier. The location is great, especially if you have other things to do in the area in addition to Niagara Falls. Also, if you are coming up for a football game, the property's location would be great for that as well.

The home was amazing. Communication with the host was easy and very accommodating. The home was a last minute booking due to an unexpected funeral of a family member but having a home base while we executed the tasks associated with the funeral was stress relieving. The home was clean, comfortable and accommodating to our needs. I just wish it was available a few more days.

Location was convenient and easy to get to. Communication with the host was great! Loved having the huge fenced in backyard. They had everything that we needed. Only complaint is that there were only 4 forks for 6 people. We would stay here again if we travel to Buffalo again.

What a joy to have a beautifully renovated, meticulously clean rental within a mile or so from every major store and restaurant you could want. Everything here was clean, new and fully stocked. I would highly, highly recommend renting this house. We loved our stay!

Family visit to Buffalo

We had an excellent visit with family that lives in Buffalo. We travelled with our adult children and our 2 dogs. The home was very clean and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. The fenced in backyard was perfect when traveling with dogs! We plan on staying here again the next time we are in town!

We had a difficult time finding a property to rent that would work for a family with someone in a wheelchair and a 50lb dog. The hosts could not have been more accommodating in making sure this would work for us. They made multiple trips to measure doors and allowed us to ship a transport wheelchair to the property. We were very comfortable and grateful for the top notch communication and service prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Came for a memorial for my neice

The house is very close to the Buffalo airport, making the 6am flight for our son and wife much easier. It was great to have a washer and dryer and ironing board!

Exceptional!

The interior of the home is beautifully renovated and decorated, and stocked with all the basics plus some extras, too! Our kids loved the open layout and bunk beds, and our dog loved the big fenced-in yard and taking walks on the neighborhood sidewalks. The linens were fresh, and we had plenty for our little group. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place to see all of the sights.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to see the Falls, Canada, and Buffalo. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. After a long day of exploring, the comfy beds were amazing. We had everything we needed to cook a nice meal and do laundry. Our host was wonderful, check-in was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back to do the wine trail.

Would stay again

Property was great. Everything we needed was there and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 plus an overnight guest with service dog. Honestly, more could stay comfortably. The back yard was awesome. We picked up a lot of dog poop that wasn't from the dog with us and the floors could use a steam clean but aside from that the place was spotless. The linens were clean and fresh and the king size bed was ridiculously comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable and close to everything we needed. The management was very responsive. Like within minutes. We'll never stay in a hotel, when we visit, again. We would definitely stay here again.
