Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The keys from inside the house should be left on the kitchen counter.
If keys were taken our of the key box outside, they should be put back in the key box. Punch in the code. Pull down on the button on the top. The front of the key box will come out.
Replace keys and punch in the code again to hold button and replace the front of the key box. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice place to stay while in Naples

The family had a great time. The house was clean, and the children had fun in the pool (pool supplies were available). Residence is close to a park at the beach (Delmar Wiggins (sp?)). Good location, and a reasonable place to stay while in North Naples. Would recommend and would rent again.

We had an amazing 8 days in this house. Unfortunately our inbound flight got bumped back and the host graciously offered us an additional day! The house was clean and well equipped. The pool was wonderful! The host was great to work with. When the dryer malfunctioned halfway through our stay, it was inspected and replaced in under 24 hours! Great house, great host! We will definitely stay here again.

Ducky 2 is a very nice house and very well equiped. The pool is great. Kathy and her husband are very nice, they are always in the small details. We had very good communication with them. The house is what you see in the photos. Definitely, we will come back.

Kathy’s place was perfect for our family. Everything was just as described and very clean. We enjoyed the warm pool, found everything we needed in the kitchen (loved the blender!), and communication was very easy. Check in was simple. Kathy’s book was helpful for restaurants nearby. My son biked to Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Bikes and locks provided!! Beaches very close by car. State park pass was nice, however we were too late in the morning to use it. The beach right near the state park has free parking with free shuttle and was a great beach!! And beautiful sunsets! Thank you to Kathy for sharing your beautiful home!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great experience staying in this house. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed to make our Naples vacation fun and memorable. Great Florida getaway

This house worked very well for our 8 person group, including ages from 6 to 70's. The sleeping arrangement worked great and the kids spent hours in the pool. There was good access to beaches and we appreciated all of the beach supplies, eg chairs and umbrellas. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

Great stay at Ducky II!

Our family had a great stay at Ducky II! 5 adults and 2 kids fit comfortably in the home. The pool was nice and warm which allowed the kids to stay in it for hours at a time. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! Sand toys, coolers, and beach chairs provided which was great! Close to restaurants and stores. Vanderbilt Beach is beautiful and we were able to get parking mostly everyday (even not going early). Would stay here again!

House is great, the home owner provided so many extras that made the stay that much better and easier. Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at Ducky 2! This was our first big family vacation with our children and it couldn't have gone better. The kids loved the pool and we loved how close the home was to restaurants, shops, the beach etc. The home was very clean and provided plenty of space for our group of 6. I grew up in Naples and attended St Ann's grade school and Naples High School. Go Eagles! I then went to College in Ft Myers and The University of Florida. While at College, I met my husband, Ron. We were married in Naples, and he did a tour in Viet Nam. I taught school in Naples and in Ft Lauderdale, then we returned to Bloomington IN. I taught briefly in IN, and then managed rental property for IU students. There, I learned to say Go Hoosiers ! I am still a Gator at heart. Ron worked in development and in Real Estate as well as managing our rental property. We sold our rentals in Indiana, and decided to invest in Vacation Homes in Naples, so we could return to Naples where we both loved the beach, golf, fishing, and the weather. Here we have reconnected with family and friends from long ago. We also have enjoyed meeting our guests from all over the world. We love our Midwest guests, but we also love becoming friends with guests from other parts of the US, Europe, Canada, and South America. We feel very fortunate and blessed to be in a wonderful climate and city, doing work we enjoy, and making new friends along the way. Naples is known for being the Happiest and healthiest City in the US.

Why they chose this property

We love the location, close to Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz Carlton and La Playa, Mercato and many shops and dining opportunities. Naples Park is becoming a Beach Community with new homes going up almost every week. We are happy with our home. Bedrooms are a little larger than some of the newer ones, and we keep updating our home to keep up with the newer homes in our area. Naples park has a relaxed atmosphere, usually a breeze from the Gulf waters, and lots of spectacular sunsets. We are just about 9 miles south of Miomar Outlets and Coconut Pointe Mall. We are just about 9 miles north of Fifth Avenue and Third Street shops and dining. We are close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Publix Grocery, and shops. We are less than a mile to Mercato. It is one of our favorite spots to dine. The Happy Hours are wonderful. The desserts at Whole Foods are creative and delicious. Many people enjoy the shops and the activities like car shows, movies on the lawn, and live music. There is something for everyone. The location offers us opportunities to shop, dine, and spend time at the beach. It is just perfect.
