Extremely Clean and Cozy

We truly enjoyed our stay here: This was truly home away from home: Clean, comfortable, spacious and more. The grand children did not want to leave, and became very emotional. We would do this again and again. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who appreciates quality.

We currently live in Omaha Nebraska with our 8 year old boy and 12 year old girl. We love to travel to Panama City Beach so much that we decided to buy a house that we hope to move to full-time some day.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of this property, it's away from the crazy high rises and spring break party bars for a quiet retreat, but still close enough if you want a taste of the east end action. Walking distance to the beach and Powell Lake, 2 grocery stores within a mile and some fantastic dining options nearby. A short 5 minute drive will take you to the start of 30A with it's unique shopping and dining options. The house itself is brand new as are all furnishings and other items throughout the house. We really enjoy an early morning coffee or a late night beer on the back patio.

What makes this property unique

Everyone knows about the beautiful gulf beaches in this area, but Powell Lake has many experiences that are often overlooked. It's a great spot for paddleboarding or fishing and check out Camp Helen State Park, which is only a 5 minute drive from the house. This 180-acre park is for day use only. Activities include swimming, beachcombing, nature study, hiking, and both freshwater and saltwater fishing.
