Located on the tip of Cavaco Island in Angra dos Reis, the property has a privileged location, with a beautiful view of the sea, the islands, and the mountains of Angra, and can dock boats of up to 70 feet in front of the house.

There are six spacious suites that can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. On the first floor of the house, you will find the living room, integrated TV room, guest restroom, dining room, and a large fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Guests can also enjoy the sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, Wi-Fi, cable TV, Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue grill, dock for boats, and a beautiful seaside garden to relax while appreciating the stunning scenery.

In addition to the beautiful view, close contact with nature is very strong here, with the chance to see wildlife such as turtles, stingrays, various fish, capybaras, birds, and more.

The community offers a helipad, gym, playground, and tennis court.
You can also have a fully personalized stay with tours, meal selection, and hiring of staff. The house offers a grocery shopping service for guests, and meal preparation is available in separate packages.

SEPARATE CHARGES FOR ELECTRICITY, WATER, AND STAFF SERVICES.
**Property caretaker**: R$ 300.00 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor areas and pool clean and organized, they assist with the barbecue and kitchen, and can run supermarket errands if necessary.
**Housekeeper (optional)**: R$ 200.00 per day. Keeps the house clean and organized and provides housekeeping services.
**Cook**: R$ 250 per day. Prepares meals.
**Kitchen helper (optional)**: R$ 150 to 200 per day. Assists the cook.

Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is required (refundable within 2 business days after checkout).
A representative from LUXOBRASIL will meet the guest at the property at a pre-scheduled time.
