New to our program and nestled in a fantastic location, ‘Lolo’s Patience Paid Off’ is sure to provide its guests with a serene, Seaside, FL. getaway! Lolo’s is just steps to Ruskin park and Seaside Avenue and a short stroll to all things Seaside.

As guests arrive to this prime location beach cottage, they can discover a spacious, screened-in, front porch complete with four rockers and a swing, the perfect spot for family to gather and visit after a long day at the beach. Stunning greenery surrounds the front yard, offering plenty of shade. Make your way into the home to be welcomed by an open floor plan! This story offers a spacious, airy living space, paired with a large, white sectional and flatscreen TV. Nearby the living area, there is a roomy dining space, featuring a spacious dining table with seating for up to 10! Additionally, this story includes a fully equipped, roomy, coastal kitchen, featuring plenty of counter space and room for conversation. Off this kitchen area lives another peaceful, screened porch, featuring a dining area for two people.

Off the rear porch is a large fenced in yard complete with outdoor dining for four, two additional Adirondack seating area, and a charcoal grill. A twin bedroom can be located on this level of the home, equipped with two single beds, as well as a television. This bedroom has its own private, full (tub shower combo) bath.

Just up the second story, guests can locate the second bedroom, a king master suite with a private bathroom (tub shower combo) a large flat screen TV and a private balcony off the master, a true gem of the home. The large screened in porch is complete with a lounge area featuring a sofa, 2 club chairs, and coffee table; the perfect evening escape. This story also includes the third bedroom with a full bed, as well as a twin bed, a television, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Off the bedrooms is the central loft with another TV and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests. Lolo’s Patience Paid Off’ eagerly awaits your arrival!
