House was clean and located on a small street. Close to restaurants, Clearwater and airports. Bed had plastic cover on mattress and was hot but other than that it was cute place!

Three day and night family stay

We were staying nearby family in Valrico so the location was great. The house was just as advertised and had more than enough space and amenities for the price. The toilets were a bit dirty upon arrival and there was an occasional odor from a neighboring yard that has animals (chickens, rooster) but overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

We weren’t super impressed with our stay. This was a weekend trip for two families, because we were attending an event in Tampa, about an hour and a half from our homes. The event was both Friday and Saturday, so we chose to stay the weekend. We chose this place because it had a hot tub. We actually chose this place over other, bigger more updated places, because of the hot tub. I reached out Thursday to ask that the hot tub be warmed up so we could go in Friday night. I got a message back Friday afternoon that they leave it on. Which was nice to hear. I did have to ask for check in details, as they weren’t provided. When we arrived Friday evening we found the hot tub draining onto the lanai. I reached out to the host and provided pictures. She said her maintenance team wouldn’t be able to get there this weekend, and asked if we would unplug the hot tub. We did. We were given a 150 refund. While that was appreciated it, we did book this house because of the hot tub, and now we were unable to use it at all, which was frustrating. We could have saved a lot more than 150 by booking elsewhere. Also, it’s not mentioned in the description, that the room with 2 beds, is the master. So we ended up with kids in the master versus adults. Also, the tub in the first bathroom needs to be fixed. There are directions on how to turn it on but it’s very wiggly and feels like it’s going to come out when you pull on the knob. Bed wise, they are super uncomfortable. They had plastic protectors

Hi Mindy, We’re sorry the hot tub developed an unexpected leak during your stay. As soon as you notified us Friday evening, we contacted our technician. The repair required ordered parts. The hot tub has since been fully repaired. The beds are equipped with protective covers for hygiene purposes. Mattress comfort can vary by preference and this is the first time that we have received concerns about them. We take maintenance seriously and address issues promptly to ensure they are fully resolved for future guests. We understand that the hot tub issue impacted your stay as this was the main reason that you chose our home. We regret it, as it was an unforeseen maintenance matter.

Enjoyable stay

Home was very clean. Pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside was. Enjoyed the inclosed patio and hot tub. Our family had a great time in the pool. Loved that the neighborhood is very quite. The only thing I would suggest is the owner place mirrors in all the bedrooms it would greatly be very helpful when both bathrooms are in use.

Great for family getaway.

The surrounding neighborhood felt very quiet and safe. The space was great for family fun. The kids loved the pool and the family loved the Jacuzzi. Plenty of options for everyone. Even with 11 of us it never felt like we were on top of each other. The property manager kept great communication leading up to the stay and allowed us to be able to enjoy our time with no interruption.

Clean, spacious and fun place!

Lovely place! The home was exactly as the pictures provided. Lot of space and very clean. Marta was by far the best host. She responded to messages promptly and she was very accommodating. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. I highly recommend to others.
