River Mountain Lodge is a European style lodge located in the heart of Breckenridge. It sits directly across the street from the 4 O'clock ski run so you can ski-in quickly and easily for lunch and at the end of the day. It is also a quick 8 minute walk to the Gondola to get you up to the mountain or there is the free bus stop right in front of the lodge that will take you anywhere you need to go in Breckenridge or Summit County. The condo is steps from Main Street meaning all of the restaurants, bars, and shopping that Breckenridge has to offer are at your fingertips...no driving or parking required. The lodge is located directly on the Blue River boardwalk creating a peaceful stroll right out of the door.

My unit has been completely remodeled and is superbly appointed. It is a true mountain get-a-way, winter or summer and the location is the best in Breck. Please check out all the features of the unit.

Excellent location to Main St

Very nice condo w nice interior design. Very well located , a few hundred feet from Main St for shopping & restaurants! Dave stayed in touch through out the process from reservation to arrival. We would stay again K & L

Perfect place for the slopes

Davids place had a wondeful homey cabin feel and had everything you needed. Parking garage, walking distance to everything, shuttle outside the lodge, and a ski run that ended right across the street. Will definitely come back to his place in the future!

Perfect ski trip

The condo was perfectly located off of 4 o’clock run. Short walk to town. We didn’t even need a car. David was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great unit and location

Great updated unit . . . we parked the car for the entire stay because the location is at the base of the mountain. Free bus took us anywhere we wanted with no more than a few minutes' wait. Would stay again.

Perfect place!

The unit was clean and comfortable. We loved coming back after a day on the slopes to have a fireplace to relax by. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fact that you could catch the free bus to take you to the lifts right in front of the lobby. And, it was close to many amazing places to eat or have a beverage and watch a game. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

It is a beautiful, cozy great place. Our host was absolutely wonderful. We are from Florida. There was a humidifier which saved us. They have absolutely everything that you may need for your stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Amazing experience!

We loved our stay over there! Communications were great and we couldn’t have picked a better location at breck! So much care by Dave to make it very comfortable, from water bottles to seasonings to prepare a meal, all available to us! The place was spotless, so clean and neat! Even my wife who has allergy attack everywhere was just fine! For sure we’ll be back again!

Cute, cozy, comfortable!!

Everything from reservation to check-out to the property itself was pristine; very cozy with lots of homey little touches like hot chocolate packets on the counter and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The space is not large (exactly as advertised), but it was incredibly efficient and well-organized; my friend and I shared the space very comfortably and would absolutely stay again!!! Thank you!!

Perfect Location

One block from the shopping and dining. Two blocks to the gondola. If you finish your day on the slopes by taking the "4 O'Clock" run, you will ski to the front steps of the condo. Clip out of your skis and walk in the door! Cozy place. Well stocked. Extremely clean. I can't see how it gets any better than this in Breck.

Quiet, Comfortable and Very Convenient

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo. It was just what we hoped for. It was quiet and comfortable and incredibly convenient to the various Breckenridge peaks. The condo was clean and warm and even had butter in the fridge as well as other basic food items. We loved the fireplace! The staff at the front desk were wonderful and the lobby bar is beautifully remodeled and was fun to hang out in. It was super easy to pick up the Gold bus right in front of the condo and take it right up to Peak 7 where we skied most of the day . We then took the 4:00 trail literally right to the end which was right across the street from the condo. Super easy and enjoyable.

Great Location

Couldn't have been more convenient. Bus to gondola right out front, 1.5 blocks from Main St with shopping and restaurants. Free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning with ski storage right there. Ski rental in the building along with a Tiki restaurant and bar. Unit was clean and well stocked. Spices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and laundry soap are all there. Only thing is bring your own toiletries. Owner doesn't supply new shampoo, conditioner or facial soap; not that one would expect that in a VRBO. We had a small issue and owner was very responsive.

David’s Property was amazing & exactly what we were looking for our Christmas Vacation in the Mountains! The condo right behind the middle of town and allowed us to walk everywhere in town within 8 min! David Made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels so we could use the awesome HotTub! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Great place!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Newly remodeled, very clean, just enough space! Had everything we needed! Bus pick up right out side the front doors, could ski right back to the lodge ( a plus). Christy sports right next door to pick up ski equipment, if needed wine and liquor store next to that. We were able to walk around to see all the shops, restaurants and grocery store! Host was great with communication and answered all questions needed and sent information with very clear instructions! No problems at all!! Would definitely stay again 10/10!!

Great trip!

We loved this property and it's location. It is well kept, fully stocked, very clean, comfortable bed and decorated beautifully. We were in town to visit our daughter who lives there and have stayed in several properties. This is one of our favorite. I love that you can use all the amenities as well. Delightful Gem in Breckinridge

We have been coming to Breckinridge for last 15 years and you are not going to find a better place to stay than here. Location was excellent. The unit was spotless, well stocked had everything you would need. It was very cozy and decorated nicely. Owner responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Prefect location in Breckenridge

I really enjoyed my stay- I was in Breck for 10 days on a ski holiday. The location is perfect, as you can ski in from the 4 O'clock run and you are short stroll away from the bustling downtown area. The condo is small, but perfectly equipped- the fireplace was wonderful after a day on the slopes. There was some noise from the neighbor above and in the hallways, mostly during the busy weekend period, but it was a minor nuisance. I will certainly stay here again- overall Breck is wonderful.

Excellent Location and Place to Stay!

This is a wonderful condo with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and ready to go when I arrived. The condo is ski-in at the end of the 4 O’Clock run and steps to the Black/Yellow/Brown Free Rides. The Lodge is very quiet and right next to Historic Breckenridge. Dave was available to answer any questions. I plan to book here next time I’m in town.

The perfect stay in Breckenridge

This was the best place you can stay at in breck. I can’t put into words how comfortable, clean, and just overall the best experience my girl friend and I had. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a 10/10 vacation. It was sad to leave but we will most definitely be back! Can’t thank Dave enough for the hospitality, until next time !

You're close to everything. There is a ski/bike shop on the property ( guest discounts ), and the Fireside lounge. Convenience is the best word to describe my condo.
