Amazingly comfortable bed/pillows, great, big TVs, wonderful pool and patio, even had chairs/umbrellas/toys and coolerFor the beach…everything was perfect with the exception of hot water heater that ran out after my 2 kids and wife showered each day.

Great place

The house is beautiful. Great location near restaurants, shopping, and groceries. A wonderful (and free) park is very close with children splash pad, playground, basketball court, pickle ball, rollerblading/bike court, and baseball. The host and staff are great.

The host accommodated us by purchasing a high chair, pack and play, and air mattresses! Everything was new and clean! We really enjoyed the pool yard! Thank you!

We spent 10 days in Florida at the house. It was perfect for us as we had our 2 grown children and spouses with us. The house was set up perfectly for us as everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The backyard was sensational with a full enclosed pool with a screen and a fenced in yard for our puppy. The kitchen was full of the necessities and even had most of the consumables that you’d expect. We cooked a lot and even grilled out in the backyard. We liked that the house was in a residential neighborhood and close to everything. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I highly recommend if you are looking for a home to rent this one.

Beautiful home just a bit warm

Incredible property! Incredible hosts! It was just so hot in the house. We could never get it below 76 during the day and only after midnight did it get to 74. Beautiful home. No fans, so bring your fans! Otherwise, they have everything!! They were easy to communicate with!

Lovely Home

This property is exactly as listed. The rooms are generous, beds are comfortable layout for large group is excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware and appliances. There are no spices, foil, etc if. cooking is your intention. The highlight is the pool. It is heated to a very comfortable temperature. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is safe, clean and convenient to everything you could need… supermarkets, restaurants, big box stores. I highly recommend this property.

The house was great for our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the grill provided an additional cooking option. The wine fridge does not get cold. The pool was refreshing for afternoon and evening swims and the noodles provided were great for floating. The AC for the main part of the house doesn’t keep up well with the summer heat- we read from prior comments to bring fans and that certainly helped. The floor in the living room (by the desks) is warped and needs to be fixed. WiFi and the two desks were great for flexible working spaces. The master bath is large with plenty of storage space. However, the master toilet after flushing took a very long time to refill. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks. Quick access to main roads.

The house and amenities were great. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was awesome. This was a great area to stay with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. The host provided stuff for the baby and dog which worked out perfectly. The only drawback was during the heat of the day the AC couldn’t keep up. The house would get to 78 and wouldn’t cool until late at night. Overall a great place to stay.
