The main bedroom is a spacious oasis with a king-size bed, bathed in natural light, and furnished with an antique armoire. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A full-size air mattress is also available for use as needed.

Beautiful Cottage

Visited Hot Springs with girlfriends and stayed in this lovely and fun cottage. It was meticulously clean, the beds were so comfortable with nice linens, and the decor was fun and beautiful. The only drawback are the steep steps leading up to the house. We will definitely be back!

Would rent again....

The house is clean, safe and private. Neighborhood is quiet. Private back porch area with seating. Loved the decor and lighting. Fire pit and bbq grill ready to go. Location is prime. Finding Josie was a added surprise...we loved our stay. Thanks again.

Charming cottage in perfect location

This home is a Very charming and perfectly clean historic cottage very near to Bath House Row. We spent the holiday weekend here with our adultish kids (age 14-21). We had a lovely weekend exploring Hot Springs and chilling out together in the lovely courtyard behind the house. The owner was very responsive. The check in and out process was seamless. I really appreciated the security system which was easy to use and provided keyless access. We have absolutely no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and this home. We would certainly recommend this rental for anyone looking for charming and historic accommodations close to downtown Hot Springs.

Just like it looked on line!

Perfect place to stay! Why? Bath house row is only a few minutes walk away. The interior is welcoming and boasts interior designs from the Queen Ann era to the rocking 50’s diner retro era! It has great outdoor sitting spaces in the back and on the front porch swing. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions or requests. We could go on, but I think you get the idea that it’s a cool place to stay in Hot Springs! 🤗

Hello! We're so glad you're here. We hope that you enjoy the Queen Anne Cottage and Hot Springs National Park, AR as much as we do!

We love to travel and explore different cities, but that slowed down quite a bit with the pandemic a few years ago. So, we decided to invest in a vacation home that is road-trip worthy for our family. In 2021 we purchased our first rental property - the Glade Street House - and we have loved both hosting and visiting Hot Springs ourselves ever since.

In 2022, we added the Queen Anne Cottage to our portfolio and it has been so much fun to learn the history of this old house and to incorporate some of that into the decor. Hot Springs is our home away from home, and we are excited to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

This property has been so fun! We have reason to believe this little cutie was built sometime in the 1890s in the Queen Anne Victorian style, although her official paperwork was destroyed or lost in a fire and now reads that it was built in 1920. She has been through at least one addition and several remodelings and updates. She is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle and has seen a lot in her years! This property has SO much history and it has been really neat to peel back some of the layers of time.

You'll find Victorian, Traditional, Art Deco, Mid-Century, and Steam Punk styles all under one roof at the Queen Anne Cottage. To honor her history, we styled her with a nod to various time periods and styles that she has seen over the years. With authentic antiques and unique collections throughout the house, we hope you'll have fun exploring and appreciating these items as much as we do! Please be respectful of the
disply cases, ropes, and "do not touch" signs sprinkled throughout the house. Many of the items are quite old and delicate. It's like a mini-museum with antiques and collectibles in every room!

The Queen Anne Cottage is a rare find in Hot Springs where you get historic charm and a quiet neighborhood that is walkable to Bathhouse Row one direction AND has access to both National Park trailheads and Northwoods biking trails from the neighborhood in the other direction. It really is the perfect location for your visit!
