Furnishings include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and baking sheets, cooking utensils, crock pot, electric skillet, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons along with cookbooks in the back master on the bookshelf.

Clean family friendly, even though it was just my husband and I, quiet neighborhood just enough on the outskirts of everything. Still within close distance of hiking trails and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay away from the business

10/10 would stay again

Our family of seven rented this property over the Fourth of July break. It was our first time in Hot Springs and it was the perfect location to downtown. The inside was awesome and had everything that we needed to Enjoy our 3 night stay. The house was always cold which was awesome for the hot July days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway spot!

The property is very nice and exactly as pictured. It is cute, clean, and comfortable! We love that it has a secluded feel, even though it is in a neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back!

Perfect House

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Hillside Hideaway. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. We also enjoyed the workout equipment that was available. The neighborhood is a little older, but once you are at the house, you have a lot of privacy.

Snow bungalow

The house was very clean and well stocked!! I had a great time during the snowy weather and had door dash service as it was 16 degrees 💙 would definitely recommend and return.

Great stay

This was a great little house to stay in while in Hot Springs. The kids got to enjoy their own little room with trundle beds, and each couple got their own king size bed. It was clean. Instructions were simple. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, it was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Sweet Stay

The property looked just like the pictures. The only downside was the wifi not being available. We didn’t really need the tv or wifi much but we’re unable to get that squared away during the stay. There were nice touches. Everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Clean and comfortable.

The stay was great, host thought of everything! Well stovked kitchen. The bathrooms had all the extras that make you feel at home! Immaculate home, well appointed in every way! Convenient to downtown, and walking distance to park trail. The only thing that caused pause was the rundown appearance of the neighborhood getting to the property.

Cute & comfy!

This little home was perfect for my parents and I during our short stay in Hot Springs. The house has all necessities and beds were comfortable. I left my down vest on accident when we checked out and contacted the owner to see if it could be mailed to me. Their response was quick and I received my vest that same week. Very impressed! Cute cottage home tucked away in Hot Springs!

Lovely, Quiet and Secluded

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway. He hadn't been to Hot Springs and I knew the gangster history, good restaurants, geography, and hiking would be a lot of fun for us. I've been before, and stayed in town. Fun, but loud with the bikers on the street all night. This little house is a short drive into town and a cozy, quiet little place for a getaway. The place is very clean, Beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and could accommodate cooking a full meal for a group of 6. And the little bits of remodel history framed in the hallway are very cool! I highly recommend.

Close to the strip, quiet, amenities galore!

We really enjoyed this house! They didn’t hold back any amenities from us! They have an instant-pot! Everything was clean and nice from the bathrooms to the kitchen appliances to the bedside table having awesome charging stations! Being that close to bathhouse row and the shopping strip was great for the kids (18-23). The large TV in the family room was nice, our son hooked up his Xbox and we gamed when we were “home”. Communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT the whole time we stayed. I really can’t say enough good things about the property, the house, the people we worked with. All good! We will come back!

It was a pleasant stay. Hot Springs AR was very relaxing, a great place to get away. The house had beautiful views of the trees from all the windows.The location was perfect only five minutes away from everything. The kitchen was missing a few important things like a wine opener. All in all we had a great time.

Short little get away

Fantastic, well stocked, convenient location

The house is really cute and welcoming, kitchen is fully outfitted with any cooking and eating utensils you may need, I think I even spotted an air fryer! Location is convenient to downtown and the state park. Our group would definitely book again!

Family vacation

We took in alot of sites. My 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the petting zoo, parks, going to the mine to look for gems. My 89 year old Dad enjoyed the casino, mineral bath and massage. It was great and if i went to the area i would stay there again.

Cute place

We had a great stay/experience. The house was stocked very well. Communication was also great. Neighborhood is mostly quiet with the exception of one person but the owner has little control over that and we understand. Overall we enjoyed it!
