The condo was comfortable. We got the condo bc we wanted to cook but with the rain (no use of grill), layout, and electric stove top, that didn't work. Also got the condo for the soaking tub, but the stopper is faulty and drains the tub as soon as you put water in it, so that was out. Beds were comfy though.

Beautiful place

Great location near hot springs where you can go and do stuff. The condo itself was spacious and clean - the hot tub was wonderful in the cold evenings. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries

Girls Trip Getaway

We used this for a 3 day girls trip with my daughter, sister and niece. It was the perfect size and a good location for Hot Springs activities. The girls had fun in the pool and the condo was very comfortable.

Wonderful spot, fully met our expectations.

Helpful and friendly owners, great grounds, and amenities, and beautiful views. The only problem we had was a planned power outage caused us to be delayed, leaving the property, but we were very happy with the response of the property owner, as well as the groundskeeper to get the gate opened manually.

We( all 6 of us) went to Hot Springs Arkansas to visit my father. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and right where we wanted to be. In a gated community with coded entry for each room. No cards to lose. 😃 Would definitely book with them again.

MB needs updating especially the shower and shower head. Living room furniture could be more comfortable. Kitchen and dining were nice. Gated access felt safe. Quiet.

Ahhhh... Rest, Relax and Rejuvenate

This was the perfect location for our Girl's Getaway. First, the location was easy to find and check in was a breeze ... did I mention that there's a elevator! YESSS! The condo is even cozier that what the pictures show. There is plenty of space to socialize or social distance without feeling left out. All the essential were provided including individual guest soap and shampoo. That was a nice touch. The only thing we didn't see was a Keurig for coffee - but there are so many nearby stores it wasn't a problem. Several people mentioned the noise from the traffic. Yes, it was noticeable at times, but we actually liked watching the passing cars while sitting outside on the balcony. Please don't let that keep you from booking this lovey condo. It's everything you see in the photos and so much more. The property manager, Timothy, was VERY responsive to my messages. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this property.

It was not nice like the pictures. The code they game me never worked had to use the other code. Tv didn’t work in the front room the outlet shocked me plugging in something it was pushed in the wall to much. Refrigerator had an odor.. the front bathroom the shower one of the knob little thing came off of it never got really hot water. It was lukewarm.

Beautiful views

Entering with the codes was easy. The island condo has beautiful views. It was spacious with many thoughtful details and anything a person might need. Tim was helpful and kind. The jets in the bathtub needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom receptacle had to be reset for the guest bedroom receptacles to work. But, Tim walked us through it. There are many beautiful trails at Lake Catherine and lots of delicious restaurants and fun shops in Hot Springs. We had a lovely visit.

So-so property

My 3 friends and I felt the property was clean. We were familiar with condos in this neighborhood as we had stayed in one before. The condo was not cool when we arrived about 4:30 pm. The master bedroom was very warm and took all night to cool down. We bought an additional fan for bedroom. The condo was not cool at any time during our stay. Also it is not the red couch that is noted in the picture. As for amenities there was a VERY small coffee pot with only 2 coffee mugs in condo. We bought styrofoam cups and a Keurig coffeemaker so that we could have coffee!! I would suggest that the Host make a folder with necessary instructions and/or information about emergency numbers, good restaurants , even menus and any other helpful information.

Condo was nice. Accurately described. Did have a few minor issues. One patio sliding door off the kitchen did not lock. Some construction was happening during our stay and the noise was not pleasant. Also the hot tub by the pool would not heat. Would stay again if these issues were fixed.
