*4th Room : 1 bunk bed plus 2 single twin beds

-Fully loaded kitchen with utensils and every spice you can imagine!
-Cable w/HBO and movie package
-Wide range WIFI
-Gorgeous lake front water views
-Sandy beach with private dock and easy lake access
-Gorgeous fireplace
-2 full size Grills (1 gas /1 charcoal)
-Front and Back patios with ample seating
-House is surrounded by tall private trees
-We have canoes, lake volleyball net, horse shoes, tetherball, hammock, tree swing
-Mooring available for Your Boat

-1 mile west of South State Higgins Lake Park entrance
