A freshly renovated, tri-level home, tucked into a quiet culdesac minutes off of Arapahoe Rd. Our charming home has been redesigned and refinished with an exceptional guest experience in mind. Walk minutes to a grocer, Starbucks, gym, pizza & other shops. Fresh air via an expansive trail system is min. away. We are 10-15 min. from the foothills by car & 20 min. to Denver. Perfect location and house!

My parents and I stayed at Centennial House for a week. Great location, restaurants and grocery store near by. Had a few minor issues in check in, the host Nathan remedied immediately. House was very comfortable, enjoyable for eveyone!

Denver Snow Storm

My family and I came to Denver to see relatives this week. The night of our arrival was the beginning of a major snowstorm that lasted for two days. Property was a welcome destination. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we didn’t have to leave. Communication with the owner was perfect and everything was A+.

Fantastic - absolutely a 5 star property

I cannot imagine this lovely house ever getting less than a 5 star review. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable, quality furniture in the bedrooms and living areas, and two separate areas for the family to gather. All the appliances work perfectly and you can see that a lot of attention has been given to guests having an exceptionally good stay. The house has a wonderful, fully gated garden with a bbq and picnic table. Also a two car garage that makes parking in the winter so much easier. Management was excellent, checking in to see if we needed anything. This is the model vrbo home - it doesn't get any better than this.

Excellent Home

5 stars are not enough to show how excellent this home is. From the start Nathan was wonderful to deal with and he seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I to host our d, son in law and boyfriend who all live in CO for Christmas. Nice touch was a lovely Christmas tree. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was exceptionally clean, neat and organized in the kitchen. Coffee bar and milk foamer were on a separate counter with sugar available. The kitchen is modern and refrigerated is big. All the cabinets are labeled. Dinning area was a nice size too. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plush and plentiful. Master bath shower is very nice with two shower heads (one is a wand). There was a hair dryer and hair straightener too. The master bath shower also had soap, hair shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Laundry room off the downstairs sitting area. The sitting area has a fireplace that gives off heat. Within walking dishes to a shopping center with grocery store and a Starbucks. Close to highways and restaurants. On a quiet cul de sac with driveway parking and street parking. My husband I would definitely stay here again and thank you Nathan for all your communication and for keeping your property so beautiful!

Excellent Place to Stay! Very Homey!

We hope to stay again! Quiet Neighborhood and Friendly Neighbors. Location was so wonderful to the Tech Center and we enjoyed the convenience to restaurants and shopping! Thank you again for the amazing service and "homey" environment while we work on a business trip! Trina
