A stylish two-story Condo in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. A buzzing restaurant district, shops, taverns, nightlife, the Cape Fear Riverwalk and Live Oak Music Pavilion are all within walking distance. The Brooklyn Arts District and Thalian Hall are close by. There is a Roof Top Bar on the 5th floor of the building with beautiful views of the Cape Fear River and the Historic District. While the Condo is nestled in the center of downtown, music from the rooftop bar can continue late into the night, and it may be too noisy for those looking for a quiet weekend. Parking is located on the street or directly across the street in the parking garage (accessed from Market Street). Street parking is free after 6:30pm and all day on Sundays.

Great spot for couples

Great location! We could walk everywhere. I've never stayed anywhere that you had to have 2 codes and a key to get to your room so be aware of that. Could get tricky if you've had a few too many cocktails. 😉 The only complaint was the wifi. But we weren't really in the room long enough for it to be an issue. Overall great spot!

Amazing downtown location!

This property was in the heart of it all and easy access to anything!!! Hoppin lil downtown nightlife, bars, restaurants & a short walk to the famous Riverwalk. Awesome, clean property with all the amenities.

Beautiful memories!

The property was all we could have asked for & thensome. A great location in downtown Wilmington, a short walk to restaurants, bars & shopping. It was beautiful inside & was truly our home away from home! Thanks for sharing your gem with us Jessie! The one thing we found difficult was the lockbox to get the key for the secured door, very difficult to get open.

Beautiful Spot

Very nice! Location - great for walking to and from yummy restaurants; centrally located; VERY loud at night (we were there Friday/Saturday) - but that was expected given the location.
