This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is a great retreat in our lovely little town. Conveniently located off Wedington Drive just west of I-49 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, this home is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. It’s a short 3-mile drive to the University of Arkansas campus. Enjoy YouTube TV + Wifi + fully stocked bathrooms/kitchen. Large yard and patio. Great for big groups: sleeps 6 comfortably (2 Queens, 2 twins), and also has a comfy couch that can be slept on.

Wasn't sure if I would get this chance to review!

Wow, so my reservation was made to stay at this location back in early January and I thought everything was good to go. Received an email a few days before arrival, so naturally I was thinking everything looked good. Upon arrival to this week long rental, another vehicle was parked in the driveway. I knocked on the door to find out that another reservation had been made and this person had been there for a long term rental. So I was never communicated with before we arrived to inform me of any changes to my initial reservation. The day of my arrival, I sent several texts, phone calls and VRBO messages however not a word in response from the wonderful property owner. To this day, I have never heard from the couple. So I would steer clear of reserving anything with this property owner.

Peaceful and convenient

We were in town for an 8 day conference. This house was about same price as even the reduced rate at the hotel, and far better in every way. The convenience and savings of having an actual kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 5, as opposed to a single hotel room. The location is convenient to almost everything in the area as well, not far from I49. Neighborhood is clean, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed it greatly, and would like to stay again if we are back for future events.

Perfect location

We stayed a week and were really happy with the home. It is located in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood not far from U of Ark. House is clean and very nice for the price. Even has a 1 car garage that came in handy for keeping car in during cold rainy nights. We'd def stay again!
