E komo mai! We look forward to welcoming you to our private Ohana Studio in the beautiful Kona Palisades neighborhood. Designed with comfort, quality, and ease in mind, this stand-alone studio offers a peaceful place to relax after exploring the Big Island.
Just a few miles from the airport, our studio is ideal for guests arriving after a long flight or anyone seeking a convenient, worry-free stay. The unit is separate from our main home and was renovated with care from floor to ceiling. We selected every detail—from the handmade finishes to the linens, furniture, artwork, and textiles—with quality and comfort in mind.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen-sized bed, a queen sofa, a smart TV, free WiFi, and games for relaxing evenings in. The bamboo kitchenette includes two hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a teapot, a toaster, and cooking and serving utensils—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
At 1,150 feet above sea level, the property offers a cooler retreat from downtown Kona and the beachside heat. You’ll be less than 10 minutes from the airport, about 15 minutes from Kona, 15 minutes from world-class Kua Bay, 40 minutes from Kealakekua Bay and Waipo Valley, and 55 minutes from the base of Mauna Kea. Perfectly situated between the best beaches north and south of the Kona coast, this studio is a welcoming and affordable home base for your Hawaiian vacation.

This was such a beautiful & memorable experience for our ‘ohana. We had so much fun, The studio, kitchenette, lua, and poolside lounging areas were all set up beautifully & also conveniently for us to just bring food and make our spread for lounging & enjoyment around the pool areas. Mahalo to our kind hosts for this amazing experience!!! We will definitely be spreading the word to our ‘ohana about the lovely accommodations available there!!!

Great Little Place To Stay

Our stay, although very short, was great! Excellent communication from the owner Ania and the unit was clean and comfortable. Nice view from our balcony and a great place to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets.

Host of the property Annia was amazing. She sent us itineraries of all kinds of stuff to do, and let us know the better ones to do, and beaches to go. Her property was clean and ready early. We were able to rent a vehicle on site easily and quick. All around an amazing find, and look forward to go back to her place again.

Great overnight stay close to airport

Great to have a/c on a humid evening! Didn't use the pool but looked very inviting. Peaceful neighborhood. Coffee maker and kitchenette were adequate but would not be suitable for cooking a meal. Bathroom sink was difficult to use and drained slowly. We used kitchenette sink for washing hands, etc. Host was friendly and responsive.

Amazing stay!

We came here from a tiny condo in busy downtown Oahu and wow! The area was super quiet; we could hear local birds as we sat on the deck. My husband and I watched the sunset while the kids played in the pool. The unit would have been perfect for just the two of us; it was a little tight with our 12 yo girl and growing 15 yo boy. Even so, it was a wonderful space that we enjoyed! Nice to have the AC unit to take away any humidity while we slept. The kitchen didn’t have a stove, which I had missed in the description, but a provided hot plate and electric skillet was perfect to make dinner. Wonderful to have beach towels for the kids to dry off before eating. The unit was small but well laid out and the location was wonderful. Easy to find and park.

Unexciting rental

The unit is adequate, but could be better. The kitchen was missing pots and knives, the fan and AC vents need to be cleaned. Owner sent wrong wifi info, but quickly corrected that by text after checkin. Other messages/questions weren't answered quickly. Noisy neighbors on the weekend.
