Escape to the Delaware Coast in this seventh-floor 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom oceanfront condo! Located on the seventh floor of Sea Colony's Dover House building (elevators and stair access), this condo offers an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony (offering counter-height Adirondack furniture). Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, along with a garage locker with 2 beach chairs and a boogie board. This condo is situated next to 707 Dover House, a 2 bedroom condo, if you want to book for a larger group. Inquire about booking both properties. This unit will have an newly remodeled kitchen for the 2024 season.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.

Wonderful facility, but no place for seniors who need grab bars assistance in the bathroom.

Ideal location for people who want to relax and to have available exercise facilities such as the Fitness Center and its indoor pool and gym. However, the check-in procedure required us to go to two different sites--which after 5 hours of grueling traffic felt like "piling on" more inconvenience. Furthermore, when we arrived at the site to obtain our parking pass, the office was closed and I had to come back the next morning.

Great stay at a great condo!

We loved staying in this condo. It was the perfect size for me and my two kids (husband had to work our first week at the beach). I have stayed in many Sea Colony condos over the past 30 years, and this is in my top 3! We especially appreciated the smart TVs for streaming movies at night or during rainy times. The parking is right next to the elevator, which was another bonus during move-in. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!
