Spacious light-filled home with private heated pool and lanai overlooking a fountained lake on the 17th Fairway of Hunters Ridge Golf Resort. Fully furnished 3BR + Den with sleep sofa, 2 full bath home sleeps 6. Master suite on one side, guest bedrooms and bath behind a pocket door opposite. Large granite kitchen equipped with everything for your stay, dining room, and living room with triple sliders to the beautiful lanai and pool. Relax and enjoy indoor/outdoor living in any weather.

Resort boasts an 18 hole championship golf course, 10,000 sf newly renovated clubhouse with a formal dining room, separate bar/grill room, and outdoor patio. Cross the street to the resort pool and pool bar, fitness center, driving range, and tennis and pickleball courts. All amenities are available to our guests.

Located just 20 minutes from RSW Airport off Bonita Beach Road. Only 6 miles to Barefoot and Bonita Beaches, and minutes to Naples, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Easy access to both I-75 and US41.

Bonita springs experience

My family stayed at this property for two weeks. We had a great time. The house was very modern. We loved the lanai and pool overlooking the golf course. Many amenities in the community of golf, pickleball, tennis, pool, bocce ball. Bonita springs is a beautiful area. I recommend staying at this property.

Hunters Ridge Feb 2025

Rental had everything anyone needs. Owners were responsive.Location was excellent with quick access to shopping. Home was very functional.Issues were:Lanai furniture cushions, living room furniture and bedroom mattresses could be replaced. Many window blinds were inoperable.

Bonita

Rented 2 months - summer 2023. This is a beautiful property in a quiet gated neighborhood. 6 miles distance from Bonita Beach or 15 minutes drive. Publix is just around the corner, 3-4 minutes drive. Aldi is about 10 minutes drive towards the beach. 2-3 minutes from 75. We’ve had bigger pools on other rentals in the area, however the community pool is big and you can walk or drive if you need more room for swimming. The community pool has lots of water activities (exercise) that you can participate in. No neighbors on one side (for the time I rented) and very nice neighbors on the other side. Lots of TV channels. Internet is great, I worked for the time I rented and never had an issue with being slow. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Responds fast!

Belle maison sur le trou #17 du Golf. Aménagement extérieur super agréable, avec table, sofa et piscine ... un vrai paradis.
