Your Ocean front vacation house on water awaits you! Experience Key West staying above it's beautiful clear water. There is a little something for everyone from adventure seekers, to people who just want to get away and enjoy island life, wildlife, sunsets and water activities. From under the boat at any given time you might see many types of fish, stingrays, various crabs, starfish, octopus, lobsters, nurse sharks and even manatee from time to time! From above; view gorgeous sunsets, various sea birds catching their meals and even a military jet formation on occasion. Many great areas to kayak/paddleboard all starting from right off the boat. There are several miles of mangrove trails to view wildlife and fish or just simply get lost in nature. Kayak or paddle board up to Cow Key Marina restaurant as well as Hurricane Hole’s restaurant and grab some lunch.

This houseboat is a 4 bedroom 2 - bath with full kitchen/bar hi in appliances including a Full oven . and spacious relaxing livingroom. You can also bring your work here and work in peace in this very spacious four bedroom unit . Also Off the front you have a covered patio with a ceiling fan and the spacious roof top deck with a complete bar top with great views of the bay.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has a queen. And the fourth bedroom has two twins. The kitchen is A full size with standard size appliances you have the usual comforts of home.

This unit also includes a washer and dryer.

NOTE # The houseboat is NOT to be moved from its slip.
It is a stationary floating cottage.

Wonderful Spot

This is a little piece of paradise on the water just outside Key West on Stock Island. My son and his friends celebrated his birthday and had a wonderful time. Bill was a gracious host and I definitely recommend this houseboat!

Clean house boat with comfy beds and furniture with cute decorations and lots of rooms. Whereas it is a quick uber ride to the hot spots in Key West the neighborhood it is not walkable to tourist activities. We would have preferred to have check in instructions a little more in advance but shortly before arrival the host reached out and had a facetime call with us to assure we got in safely.

Magnificent experience

Bill and Wenndy were amazing, super friendly communication was great. The boat is beautiful exceeded all of our expectations. Their kindness and attention to detail made our trip amazing.The sunset view from the back of the boat were beautiful. Swimming air-conditioning worked great. The boat was awesome! Air conditioning made it very comfortable on the hot days. Very clean and felt much bigger than the pictures even show. Lots of windows so tons of natural light inside and upstairs deck is where we spent most of our time- stocked with a beautiful granite bar top and bar stools. I was concerned about feeling sea sick but there was no rocking on the boat- truly didn’t even notice any movement. Beautiful sunsets! Host was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made our stay so comfortable! I definitely want to come back to the Southern Belle! Thank you Bill!

Amazing Trip and Hosts!

Bill and his entire crew were absolutely incredible! The property was better than described and MORE than fit our needs for the week. Our host was on site which was very convenient and was able to address any issue immediately. We did run into a bad battery situation with the toilets which was addressed within minutes and caused zero disruption of our trip. Bill and his crew went out of their way to ensure every member of our group was taken care of and we were made to feel like family, not just random guests from Ohio. We 100% will be re-booking for next year, and hopefully many more to come!

Awesome Hosts

This propert has 4 or 5 house boats and the hosts live there as well. Its hidden from the street. Very Safe. Very Clean. Hosts were helpful and extremely pleasant. There was a small issue with the house boat and the hosts jumped right on it and it was fixes in no time. The place is immaculate and clean. I would highly recommend this place and will go back again. We stayed the weekend of February 5th 2023.
