Enjoy relaxing beautiful views of the James River from the balcony or shared rooftop deck in the most desirable area of Downtown on the Bluff Walk ! Walking distance to Downtown Shoppes, Restaurants, Riverfront Park & Hiking Trails. Explore famous Art Alley just steps away and Duke's Diner! The loft has a fully equipped Kitchen, Living room, Dining area, Bathroom with stand up shower, Bedroom (Tempurpedic matress) , Washer/Dryer and Balcony! 10 min to LU! Relax and Enjoy your stay!
The space
This loft is on the second floor (no elevator). located directly on the bluff walk. You enter the building either the steps or ramp by the Water Dog Restaurant or by coming down art alley. It is a one bedroom ( queen- sleeps 2 ) with a queen bed with a large closet. There is a full bath with stand up shower. The kitchen and Living room are open concept and you are able to enjoy the beautiful view of the James River and Downtown. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer inside the unit. The balcony overlooks the James River, Fountain and restaurants and there is a view of the downtown park with water spraygrounds fun for all.

There is free street parking after 5 pm during the week and all day on weekends. There is no specified parking for this building.
