Welcome to Hart Mt. #5, a modern, single-level home, located in Sunriver’s North End.

Ideal for 2 small families or one larger family. Everyone will enjoy making memories on your next vacation. This 1,478 sq. ft. home has an open floor plan giving it a spacious feel.

Make a tasty home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Followed by watching a movie in front of the gas fireplace.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with cable. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a bedroom with two twins, perfect for the younger ones in the group. The beautifully decorated queen bedroom has a rocking chair, perfect for reading your favorite book. The twin and queen bedrooms share the second bathroom equipped with a tub shower combo.

Outside, the back patio is fully fenced so your family dog can remain secure while everyone enjoys a good old-fashioned BBQ.

Take one of the 7 bikes out for a ride to explore the 30+ miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver. After your long ride, come back to your vacation getaway and have a nice soak in the private hot tub underneath the night sky.

Hart Mt. #5 comes with 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

We had a great say in this wonderful vacation home. Loved the fireplace for the cold winter nights and also spent many spent many soaks in the hot tub. The living area and kitchen were perfect for ur family to cook, play games or just relax and enjoy our time. The location also made it close to run into the Sunriver Village, hike to Benham Falls or Lava Butte or take a quick drive up to Bend to enjoy the Old Mill District. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially in the holiday weeks.

This property is located within a very quiet cul d sac. Just a quick drive to the village. The walking paths are nearby and we enjoyed the private hot tub. It was nice being able to park in the garage which is a huge bonus. They even provide firewood! I definitely would stay there again!

Great place!

This was our second time staying and enjoyed the convenience of the location as well as the easy access when checking in. We will continue to stay here for our future Sunriver vacations.

The house was well appointed and had a nice floor plan with bedrooms tucked away down the hall away from great room. Our only complaint is the carpet was worn, stained and dirty.

Great house and location. My only gripe is that there weren’t many tv watching options for relaxing after days outside. There was a dvd player but no dvds. Gave us an excuse to go to The Blockbuster in Bend.

Perfect place for a family trip to the snow. We enjoyed the paths for walking the dogs, enjoyed the village and drive to mt. Bachelor. House was clean and well stocked. Would definitely return

No Air Conditioning - Hot

The place was very clean. Sun River was very hot during our stay. There was no air conditioning. There were free-standing fans but they really did not do the trick. Very nice neighbors. Unfortunately, we will not stay there again.

Delightful Getaway

My daughter & I enjoyed a quiet retreat with birds, squirrels & deer to enjoy each day. Pleasant surroundings, yet easy access to main roads. The home was beautiful & spacious. Her little dog enjoyed being able to look out windows & spend time on enclosed deck. Would easily return for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean, had all the amenities necessary for a weekend getaway, and the hot tub was ready for us when we got there! I especially enjoyed that the home was pet friendly and close to everything Sunriver has to offer.

Great family getaway

It was a great house, perfect for the kids. Kitchen was nice and big and enjoyed making all our meals together. Close to so much! Had a great time with our SHARC passes as well. We will be back this summer!
