Enjoy peace and luxury in this modern home overlooking the Tennessee River (Lake Chickamauga section). This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the private community boat ramp approx. 200 yards from the house (but not accessible from property itself). Feel free to use the paddleboards provided and paddle a 1/2 mile down river to Cottonport Marina for lunch or dinner!

Very Relaxing

Beautiful property! Our host Katie was incredible. Any questions I had she was quick to answer. The cabin was updated and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax.....this is it!!

Decatur stay

Lovely place. Enjoyed my stay. Grass needed mowing. Hard to walk doggie in a foot of grass but besides that, excellent!

Little Bit of Southern Hospitality

The host was very responsive, pleasant, and informative. The home was very clean, updated, and welcoming. If you like outdoor activities there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails and lake activities nearby. This is a charming little place and I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing better than exploring God's creation with family. But a close second is renovating houses and setting them up for others to enjoy. Renovating The Cuteness was a highlight of our year with our 8 kids... so many memories down at the river!

The Cuteness is rural luxury with beautiful river views. This is a place to feel pampered and get away from it all. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits include a private boat ramp at the end of the cul de sac; approximately 200 yards away (boat ramp is not directly on property). The Cottonport Marina is about 1/2 mile away and affords a marina meal with absolutely serene views.
