Nestled in Narragansett, RI, this 3-story retreat comfortably sleeps 8+ and is the ideal spot to cozy up by the fire after a day of exploring. Two king bedrooms and a bunk room with a ping-pong table make it family-friendly, while the two spacious living areas invite you to relax. Enjoy crisp evenings on the deck or gather around the fire pit in the large yard for a memorable all season getaway.

THE SPACE

Sparkling clean and newly furnished, this three-story sanctuary is tucked away on a quiet street just minutes from the beach. The main floor offers two spacious living areas, hardwood floors, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV for family movie nights. Sliding doors lead to an outdoor deck with a grill for al fresco dining, while the serene backyard features a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, backing up to peaceful woods.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials. The kitchen’s island and adjacent dining table offer ample space for gathering, making it ideal for hosting family dinners or casual brunches.

Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully furnished king bedrooms, each with plush memory foam mattresses, HDTVs, and en-suite baths. High-end sheets and towels provide a touch of luxury, ensuring a restful night's sleep and spa-like comfort. The attention to detail makes these rooms a true retreat after a day of coastal adventures.

The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a game room with a ping-pong table, HDTV, and a cozy bunk bed setup, perfect for the kids. Central air and heat keep the home comfortable in any season, and the laundry facilities and extra refrigerator add convenience for extended stays.

Please Note:

- Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 9pm.
- Park only in driveway. No parking permitted on street or lawn.
- No shoes in house. Remove beach sand before entering house.
- Separate recycling. Bag all food waste and other trash. Do not allow food waste to go down kitchen drain.
- Clean & cover grill after each use. Fill your own propane and fire wood
- Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them

Please double-check for your belongings before you leave. We do not mail items back, and cleaners will dispose of anything left behind.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house for family

Staying at this property was a great experience. 6 adults and 2 children under 6 stayed and there was plenty of space. The bunk room is great for a family. The 2 spacious king sized bedrooms were luxurious for the other adult couples. This house was very comfortable with central air, plenty of space and very clean. It was really well stocked, the best of any past rental I have stayed in. I also appreciated the exercise equipment, pack and play, and extra beach stuff (umbrella, chairs, beach buggy!) Ping pong was a big hit with my kids, and the outdoor fire made for fun nights with adults. Location convenient, 10 minutes from Narragansett town beach and 20 minutes to other state beaches. It was quiet and private. Overall a wonderful stay!

It is very well located in Narragansett next to several beaches and shopping areas.
