There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Do not strip the beds.
Put all trash in a trash bag - no loose items in the bin.
Place any used patio cushions in the sun room/dining room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not request early check-in/late check-out. The renter who is requesting the reservation must be present. No additional unapproved guests-period.
Half day charge for late check outs. $250 charge broken/missing items. $150 charge toilet/plumbing issues. $1,000 charge additional unapproved guests.
$100 charge for any trash issues (see guidelines in the Welcome book). $100 charge for any moved furniture.

There was a communication mix-up upon arrival, but it was remedied quickly. The cabin was perfect for our stay and all the amenities you would need are provided. Debbie was so nice and our stay was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lake view was peaceful. I caught two fish. Good location. House was neat. The layout of the house was nice but in need of updating. Decking and dock boards were loose and in need of replacing, we had to be very careful when walking on especially up and down the deck stairs. Outside of the house needs a good gutter cleaning and a good power washing. Coffee maker was very dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we were able to use it. Could use new cooking pans because coating was starting to peel off.

We had such an amazing stay in this home during the weekend of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I spent the night together the night before the wedding and got ready together here the next day. My now husband and I then spend the next couple of nights together here. It was so perfect for spending time with friends and family and also as a romantic spot with my husband. There were so many little touches to make the place perfect and it’s obvious even the smallest details were considered. We would love to come back here again!

Wonderful location. The fire pit in the back was wonderful and the view over the pond was delightful. The house is excellent. It is clean and inviting and really a nice place.

Amazing place

This is the most amazing place to stay. Close to so many things to do but the cabin itself is wonderful. Very spacious and extremely peaceful. We went fishing and the kids loved catching fish and releasing them. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there again.

We loved the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, loved having breakfast and cocktails on the porch overlooking the lake. It is close to everything. Debbie was so easy to work with and we couldn't have been happier in celebrating our Anniversary in a part of Georgia we had never been before. Because we live in it on the weekends when we can, it is fully equipped with everything a home needs. This is not just your average bed and breakfast; this is our second home that we share with others who are looking for some lake therapy too.

Our home is located in the beautiful small town of Pine Mountain, Georgia where Callaway Gardens and FDR State Park are located. It is on a small lake with its own private dock and large back deck overlooking the lake.
