Property was clean and had no outstanding odor. Furniture was comfortable, and appliances worked. The secondary bath shower barely worked however, and there was no stopper for the spa tub. Stepping up into the spa tub for showering could be an issue for some. The property was quite noisy. Both outside noise and sounds from other adjacent apartments were very noticeable. Overall, it was a good value for the cost, but some repairs and updates to the property are needed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the property clean, comfortable, and a good value. We do include a note in our owner’s notebook encouraging guests to reach out with any concerns during their stay so we can address them right away. Had we known about the shower issue, we would have gladly sent someone over to assist. I was recently at the property, and the shower does function properly, though the tub-to-shower converter does need to be pulled up and held briefly to engage. We appreciate you bringing the spa tub stopper to our attention. It appears it may have been removed, and we will be replacing it promptly. Regarding noise, this is a busy time of year in Gatlinburg with spring break travel, and some increased activity is to be expected. That said, our complex is generally considered one of the quieter options in the area. We’re always working to maintain and improve the property and appreciate your input. We believe the home offers strong value for the quality, location, and experience it provides.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and it's a great place. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience in location as opposed to when we used to stay up on one of the mountains with dark, steep, curving roads. We are all in our mid-70's now so this is totally much more easier on older folks.

Spacious and cozy with a convenient location! Plenty of amenities including cookware, utensils and linens. Also has a small air fryer. The fireplace is a great feature! The WiFi was pretty good especially for the area (in my opinion). The washer and dryer is small in size but very efficient. We did not even use the second bedroom or bath but both were spacious. The balcony is huge - we didn't really use it but I walked out to check it out!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was large and perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a great location. Close to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The unit was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed all the games that were available. We only live about 2 hours from Gatlinburg and have already said we will be returning here next time we decide to visit.
