Winnipesaukee waterfront home with 100 feet of Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront, sleeps 8 and has a private dock that can accommodate (2) boats up to 26 feet in length each.

This peaceful setting is in quiet cove with serene views of the lake and mountains. This is the ultimate location for boating, fishing and fun. The deck at the water's edge and natural shorefront makes this the perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate.

This home offers central air conditioning and has a maximum occupancy of up to 8 people. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining and living area with a flat screen TV and are all on the main level. There are also 3 bedrooms located on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has (2) twin sized beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, no tub on this level. A vintage spiral staircase leads to the lower level where the 4th bedroom is located with a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the spacious living area along with an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower, no tub. Easy access out to the patio and just steps to the water.

Maximum number of vehicles on the premises at any one time - 4 Vehicles

Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125.00, Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy lake life. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and had everything we needed (including central air!!). The outside has plenty of seating to enjoy the view, and the cove was quiet which allowed lots of relaxing time. We had a perfect week.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I truly love the homey feel, and I loved where we were on the water! The water is beautiful in August and we got some great swimming in not a lot of boat. Traffic... A cute little island to swim to. The neighbors were friendly. It’s a great place to bike ride - very scenic.The second home on the lot is extremely musty; it is beautiful and spacious, but truly needs to have dehumidifiers running all the time in every room. The owner should be made aware of that. Otherwise it was a fantastic spot. I would definitely go back.
