About this property
Mountain Retreat close to Chattanooga Attractions
Annie’s Place is located on Suck Creek Mountain away from all the hustle and bustle with just a 15 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Whether you are into hiking or cycling at Prentice Cooper State Forest, rock climbing Suck Creek Canyon or the Tennessee Wall, or simply want to enjoy a quiet getaway within driving distance of all that Chattanooga has to offer, this 3 bedroom home is a great location from which to branch out!
This mountain retreat property is located on scenic Suck Creek Mountain. Nestled between the great city of Chattanooga, TN and the beautiful Sequatchie Valley, Annie’s Place offers a relaxing retreat within a short drive of a multitude of activities, from outdoor adventures such as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, hiking, or rock climbing to downtown attractions such as the Tennessee Aquarium or Children’s Discovery Museum.
Located ½ mile to the entrance of Prentice Cooper State Forest - the multi-use regulated forest with 35 miles of hiking trails and scenic overlooks into the Tennessee River Gorge – nature at its best!
Head northwest to the Sequatchie Valley, where you can visit the Children’s Holocaust Memorial in the town of Whitwell or visit Top of the Rock Restaurant and Brewery and enjoy a beautiful view while dining. The Trial Training Center is 18.3 miles away.
A short 15-minute drive southeast will take you to Chattanooga, where you can enjoy all the downtown fun – the Tennessee Aquarium, Children’s Discovery Museum, High Point Climbing and Fitness, Walnut Street Walking Bridge, Bluff View Art District, Coolidge Park, many dining options, plus much more!

Annie’s Place has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, a sauna, laundry room, 2 full baths, covered front porch, 2 car garage, and a back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped to take care of all your cooking and serving needs.
Sit back and relax in the sauna. Televisions are located in the family room and the master bedroom. Lots of yard space for playing or just relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature. It is common to spot deer and turkeys on the property!
I do have 1 outdoor camera facing driveway.
