This comfortable, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhouse is situated on the beautiful Rollingstone Ranch (formally Sheraton) Golf Course, providing a truly peaceful and beautiful setting. Our lovely home has an updated kitchen (new cabinets, new appliances, new countertops), new flooring on main floor, new carpet on the second level, new can lighting in ceiling throughout both levels as well as new wall texturing throughout the entire unit, and a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Recently the master bath has been updated with a walk-in shower and new water faucets and fixtures. We also have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Deck offers incredible views of the Flat Top Mountains and Yampa Valley. In the morning, brightly colored hot-air balloons can be seen launching in the distance. In the winter, the golf course becomes a groomed cross-country ski touring center. You can also watch for fox in the morning and evening as they go door to door for handouts from the neighbors!

This tastefully furnished townhouse is located one mile from the base of Steamboat Mountain and is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a spacious, two-car garage. The main level has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room with a sleeper sofa. There is an enclosed private hot tub room through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The entertainment center offers a smart TV perfect for delivering your favorite content (movies, shows, live TV).

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the roomy master which contains a king-size bed, smart TV, and private deck; a large second bedroom with a queen-size bed as well and a darling third bedroom with a set of twin beds that display carved mountains on the head boards. The bathrooms offer quartz countertops with ceramic tile.

Our lovingly cared for townhouse has been a constant source of enjoyment for us. Steamboat has it all for whatever you are looking for in a vacation! Besides the best champagne powder in all of Colorado for downhill skiing, there is no place more unique than the outdoor hot springs at Strawberry Park. There are miles of open trails to hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski. Snowmobiles and dog sleds are available if you prefer to sit back and relax to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. And, you will not be disappointed by the shopping and fabulous restaurants which offer a variety of delectable dining experiences.

Loved the place great fit for 4 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub could have been a little bigger but was so nice to come back and soak after skiing. Plenty of kitchen things and towels. Bday Ski Trip with Friends

This was a wonderful property. Was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything in the listing was accurate. Had everything in a kitchen necessary to cook all meals desired to be cooked. Location was top notch for getting to free ski lot parking. Snow removal was prompt and never had any issues in the driveway. Property owner was easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend this home and would easily rent from this owner again!

Great Steamboat Home for Adventure

My group of friends and family recently stayed at this house - it was really wonderful and perfect. It was wonderful to be able to have ample parking for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved lingering on the patio after dinner and with our morning coffee. Only wish was to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms. The primary suite had a great ceiling fan, but the other bedrooms got a little stuffy in the summer heat. My family and friends loved this home and said they'd hope we could book again next year!

Merry Christmas in Steamboat Springs

I lost my husband two years ago just before Christmas. My Son and Daughter with their spouses and kids decide to make this year a celebration. Our accommodations were top notch and our host was so helpful giving us recommendations. We are from Charleston S C and this trip brought us such Joy during the holiday season. Perfect for our Family

We had a great time in Steamboat and the property was perfect for our family of 7. The view off the deck was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes or just to relax in the evenings! We would definelty stay again!!

This is a perfect location. Close to the ski resort and on the beautiful Rolling Stone Golf Course. The golf course is also the nordic ski resort in the Winter. We love it. Very peaceful and comfortable.
