About this property

Family Oasis in Great Location with Pool

Great house for a family getaway or with friends. This house can comfortably sleep 8. Upstairs bedroom is split into two separate spaces by an accordion door. Each space has a separate entrance, one with bunk beds and another with a full size bed. There is a full bath upstairs as well.

Downstairs primary bedroom has a queen size bed, its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Primary bedroom also has sliding door out to the large deck, fenced in backyard, pool and outdoor shower. Loft space offers two twin beds as well as additional living area.

Located in a quiet neighborhood; a two minute walk will get you into the Punkhorn conservation lands with miles of hiking and biking trails. The house has deeded rights to Robbins Pond which is a short walk up the road. Here you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing and even a quick swim if you wish.

Perfect vacation house

This house was fantastic- had lots of activities for the kids who swam in the pool and also ventured into Robbins pond. Owners are very responsive, it was a great vacation house. Plenty of space!

House was great! Plenty of space for the whole family. Kids loved the loft area with beds and tv. Backyard is fenced so great for furry friends. Pool came up big on days kids didn’t want to get sand all over themselves! Owner always quickly responded to any questions I had.

Awesome Cape get away

We had a wonderful week, beautiful house and pool, so very comfortable! We really enjoyed the pond, right down the road, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming was so fun. Also enjoyed having our dogs with us and the house was really nice and clean, not always our experience with dog rentals. Thanks!!

Wonderful Quiet property

The house is centrally located between the bay and ocean. There is a beautiful pond that is a very short walk from the house that you can go swim and kayak. The private pool is well maintained and the house and property are well kept. The neighborhood is very peaceful and was perfect for our family and dog. We are looking forward to staying again.

Very nice house, clean, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful pool. This house wasn’t in walking distance to the beach. Having the pool and being in a quiet area, with having to drive to the beach was a good trade off. This house is pet friendly, another big plus. Our fur babies were safe in the completely fenced yard.

Great family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved everything about our Cape Cod adventure this year! The house is amazing! Had everything we needed and then some. Fantastic pool and backyard. The pond up the road was by far the kids favorite… they kayaked, fished and paddle boarded daily. Close enough to restaurants and beaches that we were able to do things like swim in the ocean, eat fresh lobster, and go whale watching (which I highly recommend) but far enough removed that you felt like you had your own little slice of Heaven. It was so peaceful!
