Matt was an impeccable host with quick responses and an incredibly welcoming and helpful attitude. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The location was perfect. Will definitely keep this house as my go to for stays on the Cape.

The house was everything our family of 5 needed for a trip to the Cape. It was charming, cozy and well stocked. The location was convenient for both downtown Harwich and exploring other towns. Matt was extremely responsive and communicative.

Nice Private Cottage

Beautiful home in secluded setting. Easily accommodate our family of 5. Comfortable beds and very well stocked. Loved the screened in porch and firepit. Local beach (Red River Beach) is a 5 minute drive and had free parking. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was perfect for our family of 3’s needs. It was nicely decorated and cozy, with the basic amenities needed. Extra towels, beach supplies and bottled waters were a plus! Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. We recommend this listing to others!

Spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed

The house is great. Everything was clean and felt very new. We were also surprised how spacious it was, plenty of room for a family of four. It's in somewhat of a main road but very set back and nice and private. Also it's very close to the rail trail.

Amazing property on cape cod

We absolutely loved this place. Incredibly comfortably with so many modern features. The house was stocked super well. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were always available and helped right away with a couple little issues, amazing communication. Would definitely recommend

We had an excellent stay at this house - it was clean, well located, and the layout worked great for us. My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and the house was perfectly positioned between Chatham and the Wychmere. We found the house well stocked with everything we needed, and appreciate that it was so comfortable - the furniture was much nicer than the typical vacation rental. We had our dogs with us, and found some great trails nearby. The rail trail is easily accessed just a short walk up the street, and the Red River Beach was a great spot to take them since we were there during the off season. The yard outside, while not fenced, felt private and quiet and it was easy to let them in and out with no issue. We highly recommend this house and look forward to staying again.
