Luxury Ski In/Out Timbers Unit with Hot Tub and Amazing Views!

4bd/3.5ba Timbers Unit, 2nd unit from Windrow Trail-- truly ski in/out! New salt water hot tub for the 25/26 ski season! Stunning views from every window. Enter the first floor into a large mudroom with cubbies and ski racks to store your gear. Off to the side is a large bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed. On the same floor is a TV room, full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, and laundry room. The 2nd floor is the main living area with a spacious living area w/ a gas fireplace, large kitchen with granite countertops, SS appliances, and bar seating for 4, dining table that seats 8 people comfortably, and a 1/2 bath. Off the back is the patio where the new salt water hot tub is ready for your tired ski legs. The 3rd floor has the primary en-suite with a king bed and a tiled walk-in shower. A queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is shared by these two bedrooms complete the floor. Perfect for multiple families or a friend group getaway!
Note: Ski in/out assumes snow on Windrow Trail. Alternate option is taking the shuttle that arrives every 1/2 hr. Unit also has easy access to new West Mountain terrain. Fri/Sat night stay requires 3 night min. No check in/out on Saturday. If you are requesting a mid-week stay and would like to check-in on Sunday, please send us an inquiry as we may have flexibility for Sunday check-ins. Feb school vacation week requires renting all 4 mid-week nights.

Lovely and well appointed property. Easy ski in / ski out access. The hot tub was loved by the whole group. Kitchen had all we needed for 9 people. My guests commented on how the beds were the most comfortable they've had on these trips and the bedding was very nice. Even the towels were nicer than we've had in other condos. All around an excellent experience.

Jenny was very responsive and it was a wonderful stay. It was truly ski in/out which was terrific. The hot tub is very nice. Overall a nice property the only drawback was the price. We’ve rented large properties on the mountain as a group for several years now and this was much more expensive though having comparable amenities. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much and I suppose, if you can get it why not charge it?

A Perfect Getaway

Perfect location and the house is stocked with everything you could need. Cant beat a slope side hot tub either! My group and I will be coming back to this home anytime we’re at Sugarloaf

Great visit

Great location. Lots of beds. Great for 2 families or a group. Very responsive host. Ski-in, Ski-out. I don't know the market, so I cannot comment on value. But it was a very good experience.

Perfect ski rental

Our stay here was perfect! We have stayed in many on mountain rentals and this one was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. Perfect location for ski in/ski out. Very spacious for our group of two adults, two teen girls, one 11 yr old and 5 18 yr. old guys to spread out. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large group. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The host was right on communication and very flexible with us when awful weather hindered skiing during our stay. I would highly recommend this ski rental for your next stay!

This condo, especially the kitchen is very well furnished, in fact, the best I’ve seen in my rental life! Nice pots and pans, the kind you use at home, and two racks of good knives!! We ten could all squeeze into the large couch and chairs and around the large table for eating and games. Jenny was accommodating when we asked to check in early, and it was possible. Really appreciated that! Not like a recent rental where we sat on the porch of an empty unit, waiting for 4:00 on the nose to allow us in! Bathrooms had the promised furnishings, beds comfy and warm. We loved the roomy hot tub! The entry served well for 10 boot bags and skis. One caveat not mentioned is a steep stairway or driveway from parking lot; without 4 wheel drive we didn’t dare drive up to the door to unload. However, the younger folks served as Sherpas for us.

Renting the condo/townhouse on the mountain was awesome! 3 couples, 4 kids, 1 big hot tub and a well appointed kitchen is hard to beat. Jenny is a gracious host, accommodating and quick to respond. We’re already planning more visits.

Why they chose this property

We are the 2nd unit from Windrow Trail, so literally ski in/out. Please note that Windrow Trail is an intermediate trail at the top and not for beginners. Windrow is a green trail where the unit is located. If you are a beginner, you can ski out, but would recommend to take the West Mountain beginner trails to Lower Windrow to ski-in.

What makes this property unique

Ski in/out, Hot Tub, Fireplace, Great Views-- what else do you need? With two TV areas, a large kitchen, and big dining table, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. There are blackout blinds in the bedrooms to maximize your rest after a long day on the mountain.
