BeachDaze 30a is a spacious four bedroom, three full bath beach house located in Old Florida Cottages that can sleep up to 10 guests and includes a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes to help you enjoy all that 30a has to offer. This charming cottage is just a 3 to 4-minute walk to the beaches of 30A or a 1 minute ride in the cart, with no crossing over heavy traffic. As you walk into this expansive and recently updated home, you'll be ready to entertain or relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach vacation.

This beautiful home has been recently renovated in 2022! The kitchen and living areas are on the first level, along with a conveniently located Queen bedroom making it ideal for those who prefer first floor living. French doors open up to a private deck. The large wrap-around porch includes patio furniture perfect for outdoor entertaining. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for you to take with you to the beach. The fully upgraded master suite on the second floor has a King size bed, a seating area, and a private balcony. The adjoining bathroom has a glass shower and a garden tub. The third and fourth bedrooms are down the hall from the master, including a Queen bed in the third and two Twin beds in the fourth. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. On the third floor is the loft with a sleeper sofa. This fun space is perfect for adults and kids to hang out and watch movies, play games, or just relax, all while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico!

Spring break

This house was very clean. Less than a minute walk to the heated pool, and a five minute walk to the beach! Our family had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Beach Daze of 30A. The house served our family of 4 adults and 3 kids perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own spaces when needed. Check-in was super smooth and the house was immaculate. Location was perfect, close to the beach and the pool. Having the golf cart was a game changer. We used it to go to the beach and restaurants in the area.We would definitely stay here again.
