Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed for 2 nights and it was the best! The road to get up is a bit rough but no issues were had. The cabin is clean, cozy, and the perfect size for two. The hot tub elevated the experience for a perfect January night. Overall had a 10 out of 10 time and would highly recommend for any couple to book a stay for a relaxing weekend away!

Lovely little soot

Had a great relaxing weekend. Cabin has everything you need. Very clean, good location, easy check in. Only complaint was a chirping smoke detector but that’s nobody’s fault! Would come back.

Great getaway in the woods

Property was as described and very clean. Being December, weather was cool but cabin was very comfortable and toasty. Located off the beaten path and a great place to walk the dog in the attached woods. Deep enough in the woods for a quiet respite but close enough to awesome hiking locations in the area.

Fall Vacatuon

Very nice area, the cabin and hot tub was the perfect size for my husband and I. Everything we wanted to do and see was near by and restaurants and stores were just a few short minutes away.

Rachael and Simeon live in Stanton, KY with their daughter, Shola. Rachael is a potter by trade and Simeon is a carpenter. Together, they built Elderberry Cabin and Hobbit Hollow. They are both keen runners and enjoy the trails in the Red River Gorge along with the many swimming spots and beautiful views.
