Great stay

I enjoyed my time at the Kroll House Loft. Perfect location near “downtown” Castle Rock. The property was clean and modern and had everything I needed. Communication was fast and check in and check out was easy. I’d stay here again!

Wedding trip

This was a cute place to stay. I was originally expecting to stay there by myself, however some wedding reservations got mixed up with some of the other wedding guests, so the groom's mom ended up having to stay there and we had other family members visit to play in the arcade room. We had a great time and enjoyed being so close to everything. The wedding was in Boulder, which was also breathtaking. This was a great middle place and I liked the closeness to the airport.

Great amenities, beautiful space, convenient location. My husband and I travelled with our adult son to Castle Rock for the week of Christmas. The cozy space of the Kroll House Loft is very functional because the open layout and versatility of the furniture. My son slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. H

Oops…

It was a nice place to stay… however We bought steaks to grill on Christmas Day. We had already cleaned the grill previously. Prepped the steaks, preheated the grill…Propane tank was empty. We had to pan cook the steaks and then spend 45 minutes cleaning the stove and kitchen area.

Kroll house

Very clean, updated property. Very clear instructions for parking though a bit difficult to navigate the alley way if not familiar. There was a miscommunication (reportedly) with the cleaning staff who came in unannounced while we were sitting in the house. The property owners responded in timely manner to requests. The arcade games are a nice addition. Would be helpful to have a broom and dustpan in the house. Would also benefit from additional blankets and night lights. Overall enjoyed the stay and would rebook. Thanks.
