The space

This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and both a family room upstairs and a common room in the basement. 8 guests can stay in great comfort and up to 9 or 10 with the trundle bed under the bunks. Enjoy the lovely kitchen, 75" TV in the family room, complimentary YouTube TV, and peaceful garden landscape. The game room in the detached structure provides air hockey, foosball, ping pong, cornhole, hoop-shoot game, and giant Jenga for your entertainment.




Guest access

The entire house is available to guests except for the closet under the stairs. Everything else is accessible and access is provided via access codes for the front door, the garage, the door for entering the house from the garage, and the game room in the detached structure.




Other things to note

You'll want to have a car while staying here. Walking into downtown Castle Rock and to the Rock itself is possible, but will take a finite amount of time. For accessing more than that, driving will be necessary. You should be able to climb stairs, also. The basement can be reached with just a small step from the garage, but the main floor of the house is accessible via stairs.




What to be aware of:

- Accessing the front door and the main floor requires being able to climb stairs - the lower floor can be reached from the garage with only a small step, but the main floor is only accessible via stairs
- The area is no stranger to wildlife, including bears - care should be taken not to leave food and other waste outside and all garbage needs to go into proper containers
- There is a 2-car garage, but larger vehicles will not fit
- The house is in a neighborhood and requires good neighborly behavior, including keeping noise down at night
- The weather can change quickly and guests should be prepared for a variety of conditions
