With room for up to 8 adults, your family and friends will have all the amenities you could ask for. During your stay at St. Augustine, there is plenty to do. So much to explore in the cozy historic downtown, located only seven minutes away from your stay! From seeing museums, historic churches, and old school townhomes, there is plenty to do for everyone!
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and be comfortable!

Good house for a group

We stayed with a group of 7 adults. The house was very clean and check in and out were great. Location is about 10 minutes away from downtown St Augustine and it was easy to get to.

Hello, the house was ok, in my opinion it will need some upgrades to make it feel more comfortable, like installing TVs in the bedrooms, also the absence of dressers, lids for the pans and additional houseware are some of the cons.Other than that, the house is ok.

Wonderful stay!

Great little house close to everything. The house was clean, new, spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was super quiet & the neighbors were very nice. The pool just down the street was great & we visited it several times. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when we had questions. Plus all the little extras provided were a very nice touch! We stayed 2 months & would definitely stay again!

We absolutly loved this house and the location. It was clean and bright, with open floor plan. Beds were comfy and so was couch. Close to everything, shopping, grocery store. Beach. And we went to Solomon Calhoon pool many times. Only $3.00 a day for adults. Easy communication with owners. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Only 1 thing to suggest, bedrooms need dressers or luggage rack to put suitcases on, no where to put them ecept floor. Would rent again.

Great value!

The house is new, clean and very spacious. Just 2 miles from the historic St Augustine strip. Great place for a family to stay if you’re looking to be close to the sites but avoid the downtown prices. I would stay here again!
