Our goal at Sittin' Sweet is to provide you with a comfortable home away from home. Our cabin is newly constructed (Dec 2022) and is over 2k sq. ft. of living that includes 4BR/4Bath with an upstairs game room (w/bunk beds) and futon that sleeps up to 13 in total. Along with all the normal amenities, Sittin' Sweet includes a Pac-Man Arcade Game, Hot Tub, Cornhole, Indoor/Outdoor Fireplace, and Horseshoe pit.

Sittin' Sweet is a 4BR/4Bath newly constructed cabin with a loft that sits on a beautiful 1.3 acre corner lot with 180 degree views of the stunning Kiamichi Mountains, a sub-range of Ouachita Mountains.

By booking this cabin you will get 10% off a guided Trout Fishing trip with Broken Bow Trout Guide Steve Branson. More information will be given related to guide at time of booking.

*Two Story Cabin with 2,050 feet of indoor living w/an additional 500 sq. feet outdoor living
*4 King Master Suites - All bedrooms have private on-suite bathrooms that include shower/tub. HD Smart Tv's in each room
*Loft includes one twin over twin bunkbed & futon with HD Smart TV
*Living Room & Kitchen consists of open floor plan with a queen sofa sleeper, HD Smart TV, gas fireplace, Pac Man Arcade, and Wi-Fi. *Stocked with games and books for family to enjoy
*Kitchen Features- state of the art custom cabinetry and fully equipped gourmet kitchen that seats 12 comfortably. Large family style dining table and island with bar stools. Dish Washer, stove, oven, microwave, and large refrigerator. Washer and Dryer. Starter supply of coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwasher tab, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent pod, and trash bag. Please bring your own coffee. We have a regular coffee pot. Guests will need to bring additional supplies.

*Large Outdoor Hot Tub drained and sanitized after each guest visit

We absolutely loved Sittin Sweet. The only minor complaint that we had were the ladybugs. There we excessive ladybugs in the kitchen area but everything else was immaculate.

We stayed here with our adult kids and our grandkids (ages 5, 6, and 14) and all had a blast. Rooms for everyone, plus the loft game room with Pac Man! Especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub, with both indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Stargazing was great too.

Nice place in great area.

The house was beautiful and in a great proximity to things to do in the area. The outdoor fireplace and outdoor television did not work which was disappointing as the outdoor area was why we chose this property. We enjoyed the hot tub but would have really liked having the fireplace on the cool evenings.

Loved the cabin!

My family and I rented this cabin over the Christmas holiday. We absolutely loved it! The setup of the cabin, having all 4 main bedrooms downstairs (2 on each side) and having the kitchen and living area in the center, was perfect! The cabin came equipped with everything needed for a fabulous stay. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating; we would absolutely rent this cabin again. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable Week

Stayed one week during June 2024. Family of 11 enjoyed the layout and the number of bedrooms and baths. Shotgun front room kept all of our activities in everyone's sight, so none seemed removed from the action. Hot tub was much enjoyed even in the warmth of June. Some type of remote drapes on the eastern windows would be helpful to block some of the morning sun.
