I have filed a dispute for transaction. No clean towels. sheet, coverlet pilows stained. No toilet paper. Food in refrig from days before. Floors dirty. 3 tvs and none worked. Slept on couch for a couple of hours and left. Did not stay for 2nd night. VRBO says owner responsible for refund. Owner says no.

Client checked in late night couldn’t even figure out how to open a simple keypad. Had a cleaning service prior to customers arrival they took photos which I sent to the customer .. Customer lied about state of apartment sent photos after the fact they stayed the night.. couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi which was given simply to him and under the router under the living room tv. Kept calling me about remotes he couldn’t find that were literally infront of each tv. Left my apartment a mess when leaving.. I would not rent to this person again.
