POOL & SPA are ready! Just added and ready to enjoy! CHARMING GARDEN COTTAGE…with brand new pool & spa! Looking for the perfect retreat of expansive outdoor areas that include large deck & fire pit w/stunning views & sunsets, adorable cottage w/beautiful finishes & bedding; all while being a short walk to the charming Historical Town of Montgomery,TX you other shops & wine bars? This is it! POOL ESTIMATED TO BE COMPLETE By End of Sept 2025! Come and stay at our own little oasis that is filled with charming touches and amenities to make you feel right at home. We are not your typical vacation rental, we have tried to think of everything to help you enjoy your stay. Kitchen features Appliances, nutribullet, coffee bar that is fully stocked, a games in the beautiful sunroom! Grill located on the patio and enjoy the harvest from our newly planted dream garden! Thats right, we want to share our garden with our guests! But if cooking is not your think, not to worry! Our favorite restaurants are right down the street. We hope you enjoy The Cottage as much as we do! HISTORIC 1850 FARMHOUSE RIGHT NEXT DOOR WILL ALSO COMING SPRING 2026 for larger bookings or family gatherings! Ask for details!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE make sure all doors are securely shut and locked or fee may be assessed.
PLEASE leave AC on in Sunroom on Auto at 76 when you leave, 76 inside as well. Close all drapery/windowtreatments in Primary Bedroom & Sunroom. This helps cool the house while you are there as well.
Please take out trash, load dishwasher & start if full. Please do not leave any food in fridge. Please strip beds used & place towels & used bedding on floor in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The only complaint we had was that there are so many decorative pillows that’s kind of hard to work around them. Didn’t want to put on the floor! But I realize that’s pretty paltry. The home is lovely and so well equipped for having a lot of folks over for dinner or drinks!

Wedding weekend

The cottage was perfect for our stay. It was quaint and quiet. The sunroom was fabulous for relaxing both nights. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside in the spacious yard. Kudos to Tiffany and Chad for making us feel at home.

Wedding weekend Cottage

The cottage was absolutely beautiful!! It is a must stay house in downtown Montgomery!! My wife and two daughters stayed in the cottage for our youngest daughter’s wedding. The accommodations were perfect. The house is well stocked and the sun room was a highlight area for relaxing and working on wedding last minute projects. Tiffany and Chad went above and beyond in the decorating of the house!! Michael

Christmas cottage straight out of Southern Living!

Perfect from the beginning… We had a multi generational family from 4-96 years old…Plus a yorkie pup- The cottage was decorated for Christmas magic from porch to bedrooms to sunroom. Two full trees and no detail left behind. Each room is cozy and warm, attention to everything and everyone. The MOST exquisite stay- We are blessed beyond measure to have such a beautiful home to gather in! Book with confidence and prepare to fall in love!!

the garden, enjoy the bounty, and all of beautiful flowers on the property. We love sharing our little place with each of our guests and hope you come to visit soon!

Why they chose this property

The historic charm are what lead us to this magical little town and ultimately the cottage. We love everything about this place and have created our own little get away. Sharing it with each of you is icing on the cake. We just added a brand new pool and decking that you can enjoy the beautiful mornings, sunny days, and sunsets lit up by fireflies and stunning Texas skies!

What makes this property unique

The little touches through out are often found from the shops that surround our cottage. We want it to be the place you want to come back to, the place you are comfortable in, and the place you make memories in. If the sunroom and coffee bar weren’t special enough, the grounds and yard that we have created many outdoor areas to enjoy are sure to please! Cozy couches and seating areas, multiple outdoor tables to enjoy gatherings, dinner, coffee, or wine. The fire-pit that seats 10, or the newly added garden that was a dream to put together. It features aromatic herbs like rosemary and lavender, is surrounded by roses, and filled with a variety of interesting flo res that attract butterflies. There are plum, lemon, fig, an olive tree and blueberries bushes with in the garden, along with other fruit trees throughout the propperty like peahes, pears, bayleaf trees for cooking, and even some blackberry bushes! The garden has seating for 4 surrounded by raised beds with herbs, veggies, and peppers. Its meant to be shared so enjoy all the love we have put into thsi place.
