Emma's Place

This is a very comfy home made available for you to stay and relax! We have a nice fire place in the living room and a relaxing room with books for reading and a charcoal grill on patio out back.
There are many adventurous things to do nearby. We are located in Amish country where there is always a lot going on and just minutes from the Michiana Event Center. Blue Gate Theater and Shipshewana Flee Market is nearby. There are many lakes near by and access to Kayaking down the pigeon river all this and more within 15 minutes.
Heron Creek Gulf Course Is right down the road.

Super Cute Downtown Home

Emma's Place was the perfect spot for our 2 families to stay while in town for a family reunion. Very clean, well maintained and stocked, super cute decor and a quiet, convenient location. Hosts were very friendly and incredibly responsive! Kids loved the bunk beds! The quiet mornings drinking coffee on the front porch swing were just what the doctor ordered. We will be back!

Girls getaway

Overnight stay to be able to attend Ship Chic in Shipshewana. Needed a place with 4 bedrooms for 4 adult females. Emma’s place fit the bill. Great communication, adorable house. Only issue was garage next door had roofers starting at 7:30 am and property owner has no control over that. We’re hoping to travel up that way again and would love to have a repeat stay at Emma’s Place

Beautiful Home

It was exactly as described plus more. It was a great location for walking downtown/short drive to Shipshewana and Lakes nearby. The Host and Hostess provided dinner suggestions and were VERY responsive. An added surprise was the backyard with a privacy fence/picnic table lawn chairs and firepit. The evenings sitting outside were so peaceful - hard to believe we were in the city. The place was so clean with comfy beds and the kitchen had it all for cooking needs. I'm already looking at my calendar to plan my next trip - THANKS for sharing your home!!!

Very happy with the house. Clean, love the Christian signs and pictures. Nice bedrooms. The T V didn't work, but not a big deal. Everything was immaculate! We want to come next year again for our Oliver Lake reunion. Thank you! God bless you!

Everyone was so impressed with the property. The house was so clean we didn’t want to dirty it, so we didn’t use any appliances which was our choice. Beds were quite comfortable. There were no complaints from anyone. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Family Reunion

Excellent as usual! This is our 3rd year in a row staying here. We are a 2 family group with kids & it was perfect for all of us. Love the neighborhood-the young girls next door were selling ice cream sundaes & pie slices to pay for their ballet classes. Super friendly. Quiet. Clean

Nice clean and quiet place to stay

Nice 4 bedroom house which was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, if you don't like staying in a crowded and noisy hotel, this is the perfect place to stay. Owner was very communicative and the house worked great for all.
