3 bed 2.5 bath Townhouse just .7 miles from Toomers corner and a few blocks from Coffee and Restaurants. Great for Game days or just visiting.

The living room has a smart tv with Cable or your apps as well as a pull-out couch, and there is a private patio.

Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath.
The other bedrooms have a queen and a full with a shared bathroom.

Excellent location to park your car there and walk to all the AU destinations! Clean, spacious, nice back patio for morning coffee, order delivery if restaurants too packed and nice dining area and kitchen to relax. Just what we needed. Everything was great except AU lost!

Very clean, great location and perfect for what we needed to move our son in to his college apartment. No issues with parking as there are 3 reserved spots. Great communication with the owner. No issues with the exception of the dryer not functioning very well but would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was great. For it being one of the older townhouses in town, which we are familiar with, it was in great condition and very nice. The owner was also very responsive to a couple things we needed and communication was excellent. Only minor suggestion is the kitchen could use a few more glasses but it was all good for 2 people.

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. The accommodations were comfortable and met all of our needs. The location was perfect—within walking distance to everything downtown and very close to family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
