Escape to a large private mountain retreat on 9.4 acres perched on the peak of Conifer Mountain. This newly renovated home offers stunning unobstructed views. Perfect for families and groups seeking a unique premium Colorado getaway with quick access to Red Rocks, Evergreen, Denver, and wedding venues.

This spacious 2,600 sq. ft. home, professionally curated by DuBois Interiors, features premium furnishings and luxury hotel-quality mattresses for ultimate comfort. Large windows and a sprawling deck flood the space with natural light and stunning scenery.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The home comfortably sleeps eight with 6 total beds. There are two primary suites with king beds, two queen bedrooms, and two individual adult extra-long twin beds. There are no bunk beds. All bathrooms are newly renovated.

* **Outdoor Living:** Step outside to your private oasis. Unwind in the bubbly hot tub, detox in the barrel sauna, or gather around the firepit. The deck also features a Weber 4-burner grill for afternoon barbecues. For a unique mountain experience, you can try your hand at the private axe-throwing range.

* **Entertainment & Relaxation:** The retreat is designed for fun, featuring a theater room with an 85" flatscreen TV and a soothing massage chair. You'll also find an arcade with all your favorite arcade machines and a foosball table. We have plenty of board games stocked and a reading nook with a large selection of children's and adult books. TVs are in every bedroom.

* **For Families:** We welcome families of all ages. The home is equipped with two Pack 'N Plays, a high chair, a reading nook, and safety gates. The yard is also fully fenced for your furry family members. We also provide sleds for use on the property or the nearby free sledding hill.

* **Work & Wellness:** Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and two dedicated office spaces. For your wellness routine, you'll find a Peloton+ Bike and yoga mats available for your use. The retreat is surrounded by hiking and mountain biking trails.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully stocked and equipped kitchen features a super-automatic espresso machine and a traditional coffee maker to start your day right. Prepare meals while enjoying the view before dining together.

Stunning views! We enjoyed this property and would absolutely stay again. The owner was really accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our dogs enjoyed being there with us. There are so many different areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It also felt very private being at the end of the road. Would recommend all wheel drive for sure. Thank you for hosting us!

We rent a home every year for our annual family vacation and I can honestly say Warren & Lisa were the best hosts that we have ever rented from! Their home was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you needed! Our adult children loved the hot tub, sauna, ax throwing and Golden Tee! My husband and I spent hours sitting on the porch & deck with our dogs enjoying the beautiful views and peace and quiet! The home was a perfect anchor for our family of 7 and we were able to drive down to Buena Vista one day for white water rafting and up to Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park another day. We were able to hike Meyer Ranch, Staunton State Park and Maxell Falls, all within 15 mins of the home. We will definitely be back to Conifer to rent this home again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The home was spotless and comfortable and we appreciated the hot tub, sauna, and games. The views from the deck are stunning! The house worked out great for the family as we were there for a wedding at the Lake House in Evergreen. Be prepared as it is pretty high up in the mountains, but the views were breathtaking. The hot tub was used quite a bit. The sauna and ax throwing not so much as there is so much to do we didn't have time to take full advantage of the property. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, cups and glasses and plenty of silverware. Some coffee is provided as well as dish washing detergent and laundry detergent. The beds were also very comfortable. The hummingbirds and various others were interesting to watch from the second floor balcony as food for them is also supplied. And sitting on the ground floor balcony it was always fun to watch the chipmunk family running around. I had to communicate with Warren a few times and he was prompt in responding to my inquiries. A great place to stay!

Amazing home and experience. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the host, even just messaging us to check in. Clean, well stocked kitchen (we cooked every meal and found very few things we wish they had). Hot tub was clean. View was amazing and the amenities added to an overall great stay. We were there during a winter storm and it was a fun place to be snowed in for a day. Plenty for the kids and adults to do. That being said, two of our parties did not have a 4wd vehicle and getting the out the next day was a bit of a challenge. I would recommend bringing 4wd if you’re going to be here during the snowy months. Would most definitely stay here again.

Wow! A wonderful trip in a beautiful setting. Fantastic communication and everything as portrayed and described online. Warren is a fantastic host and we can’t say enough about the view, the wildlife we saw and the family time we spent here. Would highly recommend as some of our other family members chose other homes nearby and none were nearly as good as this property.

8 of us traveled into Colorado from several states for a friend reunion and had the absolute best time. We spent 4 days there and still didn't get to all of the activities provided on the property. The house was amazing and so clean, the views breathtaking, and Warren was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful mountain home with spectacular views; well-maintained and equipped, great for families. A huge array of scenic hiking opportunities nearby; stores and restaurants a few minutes away in Conifer. Very conscientious and responsive host; the Peloton in the lower level malfunctioned and he replaced it the same day! Dog friendly property with back doggy door leading to fenced in run in back yard. You will be immersed in nature, visited by deer and the biggest variety of hummingbirds we have ever seen.

Awesome Observatory

Warren’s home is beautiful and super comfortable. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 small children enjoying the stay and there was more than enough room for all of us. Warren thought of everything in regard to comfort and ease of check in. The views from the house are stunning - I had my coffee on the upper front deck every morning. Highly recommend!!!

We have been the other vacation rental app for 10 years but decided to give VRBO a try. This was by far the best experience we have had with vacation rentals. What a great experience!! Warren sent specific instructions on where to park and not to park upon arrival and gave us the option to check in early if we wanted. He answered my crazy questions immediately which was really helpful. The house had everything we needed plus so much more! The beds and pillows were great but the thing I judge more than anything else was good water pressure and HOT water!! The view was the best part of the whole trip….AMAZING!
