The New Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Plus, Complimentary Coffee and Tea provided. Master bedroom has plenty of space with office desk and both bedrooms offer new beds and linens for your relaxing getaway.
Also, all extra linens, towels, and toiletries are provided including beach accessories.
Amenities include, tennis courts, basketball courts, bike and walking trails, nature center and parks only 3 blocks from the home.
Also, only a 5 min drive to Venice golf course, Downtown Venice and Pier with restaurants!

Two Wonderful Weeks in Florida

This was our second tear at this wonderful vacation home. It is located close to great beaches, classy restaurants and beachy hot spots, and theater and concert venues. The home is very comfortable and equipped with all the conveniences we needed.

Perfect location. Close to everything. House well maintained. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary appliances, utensils, kitchenware. Outdoor barbeque immaculate. Outdoor furniture comfortable. Everthing we needed for the beach. We plan on returning.

Relaxing and lovely decor

Loved the sun room and cozy living room. House was well supplied, including games. Well water appears to contain iron, which discolored fabrics and even skin (but washed off). Host left an ample supply of bottled water, which we used.

Thank you for the review. After guest stayed maintenance noticed the water softener and filter quit working and new system was put in place which resolved water issues.

South Venice

We just returned from a two week stay at the”Kessler Cottage”. The rental was located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Shamrock Park which allows for direct access to the Venetian Waterway and Legacy trail which lets you bike ride to beaches and downtown Venice. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Many small extras were provided such as soap, shampoo and drinking water and made it easy to unpack and get your vacation started.
