Port side offers 3 Amazing pools (one heated) hot tubs, tiki hut with great views. 3 tennis courts and shuffleboard! Portside Resort is a very family friendly resort with lots of beautiful palm trees and wonderful landscaping.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Summer Stay

Overall a nice place to stay. Parking and wristbands cost. Place was nice and comfortable. Not many kitchen items so if you are really wanting to make meals there you may want to bring things with you. Difficult to find out really who to call to make reservations for the free activities that are listed as included. xplorie.com

Condos instead of rooms from now on

It was so much better than a resort room. Check in and check out were simple. The condo was exactly as pictured and spotless. There was no fighting for parking, the pool was a two minute walk, the beach was five. Having a kitchen and a laundry room was great. Less money spent eating out and less luggage meant more souvenirs for the kids. There seemed to be a mix of residents and vacationers in the complex, which was nice. The only thing was that we didn't get the wifi password, but it wasn't really a big issue. This will definitely be the first place I look at next year.
