The space:
Tiny house located at end of paved lane. Open area with sleeping loft. Private bath , kitchenette. Large outdoor area with county feel. Above ground pool.
Located 20 minutes from University of Arkansas.
One Hour to home of Walmart and one of the country's finest museums, Crystal Bridges.
Within an hour to some of the states most beautiful scenery in and on the Buffalo National River,the Ozark National Forrest with hiking trails; Devils Den State Park and the unique Eureka Springs,Ar.
Guest access:
Owner's private pool is located in the front of the tiny house available to the Flip Flop house guests for private use during stay.
Pool open May 25 to October 4th.
Large outdoor space with outdoor chairs and table, charcoal grill and extra property with creek available to hike. Area for kid's tent space and bike riding.
Plenty room for parking trucks and trailers, if hauling ATVs, Motorcycles, etc.

Cute/comfortable place in peaceful, quiet area but close to activity of Fayetville and State Parks. Enjoyed a few days there with absolutely no complaints!
