We loved our stay at Mary and Artie‘s place on the water in Hampton Bays. The views were amazing from every window. I loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. It is so close to Rumba and Cowfish. We loved kayaking in the bay. Definitely recommend highly!

Great family reunion

Wonderful house with spectacular waterfront views. Great indoor and outdoor spaces (decks and private beach) for family get together. Having kayaks and paddleboards to use was a nice extra.

Hamptons family trip

Our entire family found the house, property, location and hosts above expectations. The home was a perfect dynamic for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. They provided updated events and restaurants in the area.and it was a very positive experience!

Great place to vacation

Everything was perfect . The owner was very helpful and polite . House was better than pictures shown . We loved the beach on property and the deck with the great view. I would highly recommend this house.

This is a lovely, well equipped house with wonderful views straight out to the bay. The upstairs floor is particularly beautiful. It is close to Ponquogue beach and has every beach accessory one could want. Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay there very much.The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two cottages very close to the house which share the bay beach.

This is probably one of the best houses available for vacation in the Hamptons…close to everything, private beach, kayaks, paddle boards, incredible views! Wonderful host’s!
