Beach Life at The Haven, is Port A's newest townhome experience. This four bedroom, three and a half bath home, sleeps twelve, with a private pool, and comes with a golf cart for your entire stay, and is conveniently located on 9th Street, close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. You may just want to extend your stay another day.
Enter on the first floor, and to the right you find BD1) it has a Twin over Queen bunk bed, nightstands with lamps, a small chest, and a smart TV.
At the end of the hall is BD2) complete with two Queen size beds, nightstand with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV. Between the two bedrooms is BA1) with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a quartz countertop with a sink. Right outside the bath is a laundry closet, with a full size stackable washer & dryer for your use during your stay.
Let's travel up the stairs to the second level, to the left, then left again is BD3) it has a King size bed, nightstand with lamp, a closet, a chest for your beach attire, and the ensuite BA2) full bath, has a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo, and a quartz countertop with a sink.
Back across the hall is BD4) the master; it has a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV. The ensuite master bath BA3) is very luxurious with a tiled shower, separate tub, quartz countertops with double sinks.
Down the hall, on the left, is the half bath with a pedestal sink.
Straight ahead is the open concept of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has a sectional sofa that has enough room for everyone, it also has a sleeper inside, a side chair, a chest with miscellaneous board games, and a TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.
The large dining table seats 10 comfortably with two bench seats, and two chairs, additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has all new sleek stainless-steel appliances, and for all the coffee lovers, it has both a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker.
Over to the side is an air hockey game for your enjoyment.
The door off the patio leads to a balcony, here you can sit out and enjoy your morning coffee, or in the evening you can watch the sunset.
Back outside down below, after a long day at the beach, come back and relax in the private pool, enjoy the patio with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating at the table & chairs, and an outdoor shower. This house is completely kid friendly and offers a high chair, kid sized toilet seat adapters and games to enjoy in the living room. Come on down to Port A and start enjoying the Beach Life soon…

Private Heated Pool. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, Short Term Rentals Only, Subject to a $10.00 fuel charge.
No pets allowed.
