Bohemian Uptown Sleep 6 - 0.3 Mi Pullman Trailhead

Enjoy all the Uptown/Downtown area has to offer, but while staying at a bohemian styled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house! Accommodates sleeping 6 guests. Take the bikes out of the vehicle and ride down to the Pullman Trailhead, only 0.3 miles away, to gain access to Northwoods Trail and Cedar Creek Trail for some of the nations best mountain biking! Or ride down to the downtown strip to enjoy dining (fine and relaxed), shopping, and more!!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk into the living room of this charming and stylish house. You will be greeted with bohemian decor throughout the house. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the left side of the house, while the third bedroom and second bathroom are located on the right side of the house. Open floor plan with the kitchen, living, and dining area open to each other. Laundry room available if needed.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax in the peaceful uptown Hot Springs area with trees and wildlife around you. The front porch features outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening.

KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen for those meals away from home. You will have pots and pans, dishes and utensils, two coffee makers (Keurig and regular drip), blender, toaster, cocktail glasses, and more!

Living room: Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App. No basic cable.)

Parking can be found in the driveway next to the house to the right and behind the house on the asphalt. Please do not park on the street.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
You will be staying in the Uptown area of Hot Springs. 1.5 miles from the Downtown entrance to Hot Springs and 0.3 miles to the Pullman Trailhead giving you access to Northwood Trails and Cedar Creek Trails for some of the nation's best mountain biking! Local eateries around the area include Red Light Roastery, Emma Lee's, Bailey's Dairy Treat for some old fashion hamburgers and ice cream, and for breakfast Golden Raised Donuts!

The property is within walking distance from the Pullman trail head and a few minutes' drive to Bathhouse Row. Great location and solid amenities, you will definitely appreciate the location having Wi-Fi.

We have stayed at 20+ vacation rental homes and this by far was the best put together and stocked! I would definitely stay here again! The beds where comfortable the only thing that could improve is black out curtains, the street lights are bright!

Spring break hiking

We stayed at the Bohemian Uptown for 4 nights. It was convenient to downtown and to lots of hiking trails. The space was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and baths were well appointed with all we needed.

Overall, great stay! Had a lot of fun for a girls trip! Only suggestions we have would be for a handrail in front and bathmats for safety. Had some older/disability guests. We truly had a wonderful time and would stay again!! Thank you for a great weekend

Thanksgiving Holiday weekend

5 adults in our family we had a great time in Hot Springs. House wasn’t so close we could walk to downtown strip but very close to drive to it. Only mishap we had was one of ours who slept on the twin beds rolled over forgetting they were in a twin size bed lol.

We loved the theme throughout the house. Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Everything you need to prep a meal was right there in the kitchen. The only thing that was not elaborated on was parking. It is a bit of a hill to climb with gravel. Thankfully we brought the truck but with that said once we got to the back parking it was such a tight turn that we had to pull forward and back up. Lower cars aren’t going to make it up the hill and unless you have AWD you’ll end up parking at the bottom of the gravel drive.

Cute House

We had a great stay in Hot Springs. The house is nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen has all the basic cooking supplies needed. Our car couldn't make it up the gravel driveway to the parking area, but there was plenty of space to park at the bottom of the driveway.The location is close to shopping, the National Park and other fun activities in the area. We had a great time!

Short Trip To Downtown

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s super close to downtown, only taking a few minutes to reach Bathhouse Row. It was great to stay in a location so close to where we wanted to be each day. The house was decorated beautifully and came fully equipped either bathing we needed: towels, kitchen supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. The only difficult thing about this property is the driveway. It’s fairly steep and gravel. We were glad we had AWD. It leads up behind the house to a blacktop parking area which is very nice, if a bit tight to get into from the drive. But I wouldn’t let this discourage you from staying here. It’s just something to be mindful of if you don’t have AWD or a lower clearance car.

Pros: The house was clean and spacious Located about 1 mile from Central Ave The host communicated clearly and just often enough. Washer and dryer Easy check-in and checkout Good quality personal care items High-speed internet The beds were very comfortable memory foam Cons: Lacks some basic amenities: no tissues anywhere in the house, no full-length mirror, no basic cable lots of "house rules" charged a hefty cleaning fee and yet had to take out our trash (see house rules above) driveway is narrow, steep, and loose gravel (we were not very comfortable with this aspect) For the price, we should've stayed in a hotel.
